From the document we can see that the original principal was $316,000.

Based on the available document date and types associated with the Rekieta home (the larger one owned by the Robert Lord Property Trust, not the one that they kicked someone out for April to move in), it appears a mortgage was taken out on the property on April 7, 2022, four years after the property was purchased in 2018.

Before that date, Rekieta had said his home had no mortgage, which appears consistent with the list of public documents associated with the property.

The document would need to be purchased.
