While it would be funny for josh to give rackets a shower call from there its a bad idea for several reasons. First, that house is super doxxed and anyone would be able to figure out he owns it by calling the the county accessor. two, minnesotta is a solid blue state with cuck gun laws. There you have to retreat and not stand your ground. He'd have to run away from the crazy troons showing up to kill him/ intimidate him like those translifeline freaks did when he lived in florida with is mom. third, jersh has said he basically wants to live inna wood Kaczynski style and this is part of a subdivion with a bit of acreage.
You can shoot people breaking into your home in MN. I had a friend who had to do that in Saint Paul

Interest rates were rock bottom mid 2022, weren´t they? I guess his investment manager just suggested he could have some cheap "free cash" in hand and, since he was doing quite well, he took it.
They weren’t rock bottom, rock bottom was 2020. They were starting to climb in 2022 and rapidly rose over the course of the year. Nick might have got a 4.5 rate in April of 2022 but why pay 4.5% interest unless he had some genius ROI to plan or needed lots of cash fast for…?

Also when did retain his big wig lawyer in the case with Monty?

Is this the same investment manager that Nick drives to Minneapolis to deliver bundles of cash to? --Same guy that told him what type of scale to buy and where to get the little baggies? I hear that guy's investment advice is good. Nick paid for a mountain of it.
Normally when you start racking up a whole lot of money fast, your own bank suggests a wealth management advisor.

There was a fad mid COVID stimy free money years to refinance your home and invest on greenfields like NFTs, meme stocks and whatnots... just like early 00s and real state. I convinced some friends not doing this bullshit.

Not sure.
No, it's hours of instruction.
The timing of loan is odd, but it occurred right before his biggest 18 months as a streamer so it’s insane he didn’t pay that off or way down. He started living large imagining that cash flow was only going up up and up. But it went down so fast he stopped paying a collateralized mortgage over a year ago!! Mortgages are usually the first priority.
Did he buy the mustang in 2024 or 2023? I've lost all track of time. But if he bought it this year, when the well was clearly and obviously drying up (though of course he was too stubborn and addled to admit it), he's beyond idiocy and deep into Full Retard. At least the big fully loaded Lincoln bought just the year-ish before had some practical use for a family of 8

.
It’s still mind boggling he could burn through that much cash but cocaine, booze dumb lawsuits and stupidity can do it.
And a girlfriend to impress.

Interestingly despite the fact that he is suspended, he does not appear on the suspended Lawyers list:
That is the Office of Professional Responsibility disciplinary list. That type of suspension is a long process, as is reinstatement. Nick is administratively suspended by the Lawyer Registration Office. Reinstatement (as we have seen with Nick) is a matter of curing defaults in payment or evidence of CLE completions + fees. I don't believe admin suspensions show up on the OPR list.

https://lprb.mncourts.gov/LawyerSearch/Pages/SuspendedDisbarredList.aspx
He is "involuntarily restricted" by court order because he failed to complete his continuing legal education requirement for 2021-2024, which means he cannot practice law. This isn't as a result of attorney discipline so he wouldn't be on the list of attorneys suspended or disbarred.

He bought it in December 2022 and decided to try to drive it home (I think he said he ignored the dealership's warning too) and promptly drove it into the ditch on the way back with one of his children in the car.

Definitely not this year. Either 2023 or late 2022.
Thanks. 2023, then, probably*, bc it was in March and that was a very snowy winter, unlike this past year.

*He's still Full Retard.

Era: December? Swear I thought it was March. Who's the retard now, Dorothy?

For what it’s worth I think they had kids because that’s where he was in that phase of his life. But sometimes phases change a lot faster than the actual raising of children does.
I agree with you here. Nick claimed to be a "Good Catholic Christian MAN", and lots of kids is what a "Good Catholic Christian MAN" does. So he went along with the trope.
But, alas, along the way he dragged his wife into degeneracy and Godlessness. This is the result.

He has not hit bottom yet. There is more to be written in this horror story....

He bought the GT500 in December of 2022, to crash bring into the New Years.
Nick isn’t streaming tonight because he drove the new Mustang off the road. Drex just shared this after joining a panel on Good Lawgic’s channel. Drex says the road was icy, Nick was only doing 35 in a 60, Nick is alright, the car is fine, although the car had to be towed away.
