I don't know anything about women's fashion and I know people have given her advice even in this thread but Anisa has to go full-covered mode or something. Her shitty tattoos make her incredibly ugly, even if you fixed her outfits if her tattoos show they just ruin the effect. She needs to be in full length dresses, long sleeves, maybe even wear high collars to cover her neck as well. She should get into corsets and women's clothes from a hundred years ago, talk about how it is helping her 'discover herself' and how by wearing old-style clothing she is really getting in touch with the powerful home-maker women of old. Hell she could even do weight lifting or rock climbing in a corset or something like some women have done, to prove they aren't cumbersome or something. Frame it as empowering to tap into that neo-vintage aesthetic she claims to like.
Basically I am saying she needs to fully cover herself from neck to ankle so her tattoos don't show so she has a chance of looking attractive.
