Something else that might be worth mentioning is Viv's treatment of the original Hazbin Pilot's voice cast. After the announcement the series was picked up by A24 they began to announce the voice cast--who were mostly celebrities and Broadway performers. Not the original pilot cast. The cast had been the biggest ones hyping the show up every step of the way, and people thought maybe the studio would only let standing SAG members in. Michael Kovach, the original Angel Dust VA, said otherwise.

A "union decision"-- AKA a Viv decision. Things were mostly quiet on that front for a while, but early 2024, most of the original cast released a song for the fans who'd supported them so much. Naturally, the comments section had questions for them, enough so that Black Gryphon (Alastor's pilot singing voice) made a Q&A. With some interesting answers.

Ed Bosco, Alastor's original speaking voice, thought this project might trivialize his role in Helluva Boss? Seems that despite "no hard feelings", someone got burned somewhere along the way.

Owing to her Mexican heritage, Vivienne also has a habit of stealing everything not bolted to the floor. The design of the titular dancing wolf character in Die Young (an AMV that uses an entire Kesha song) was bought from existing artist Dollcreep. Yes, Vivienne spent money on this. Keep in mind this isn't the same as buying the rights to a character. It's basically a glorified commission where an artist draws something, and later someone else goes "I want that character to belong to me" with no associated legal transaction whatsoever.

Vivzie's entire career traces itself back to the popularity of this AMV.

If that isn't bad enough, Vivzie has stolen tons of designs from this guy to the point where "her" art style is pretty much a dumbed down version of his prior work. Bear in mind she bought the wolf; she didn't actually buy any of these characters. Vivienne probably realized there is no legal recourse if Dollcreep doesn't sit and copyright every doodle he posts onto the internet. This killed Dollcreep's artistic output, which might explain why so many later Vivzie character designs look like crap.

Dollcreep was not very happy about this and, while his rebuttal is about as balanced as you'd expect from a Deviantartist who draws this sort of thing, he does have a point about Vivienne purchasing the character designs and then claiming to invent them. Vivienne's response was effectively "Wow you know what, I might be an art thief but at least I'm not rude." Since this debacle Vivzie has learned absolutely nothing and continues to el plagiarismo much of her career's body of work.

Ironically, Vivienne likes to hop on the bandwagon about copyright. She is notorious for copyright striking Helluva Boss fan content on Youtube. This follows her original Die Young video being taken down for copyright (it featured a Kesha song), only for Kesha to then appear as a character in Vivienne's cartoon about Satan and sodomy.

The jury is out on whether or not this original Vivienne design is on par with the original Die Young wolf.

Off topic convo. I feel like this is also kind of important/ another odd snippet about Viv. I use to be a fan I have since seen her works and got disinterested in them. I feel like this has been documented somewhere, but I vaguely remember one of her streams or something like that she was talking about her parents and their relationships (with her and her sister being like minors and teens) which she uses in her show.

She talks about her father cheating on her mother. Her father would take them to fairs or when he was with them talk about his sexual escapades with their mother (and other women he cheated on her with)

And their mother would talk about him being unable to satisfy her (and she also cheated on him)

I find it odd how much she adds this into her show. And yet justify it/ and makes the woman (ei: her mother) the villian. What the fuck happened to these two? And what the hell is wrong with her family?

Okay can someone tell me who the fuck this Kyra person is. I've heard them around the dramasphere and there's been no explanation other than she was someone Viv fucked over. Which at this rate narrows it down a bit. Emberlynn Pinkle was meant to mock everyone but I'm not sure the nothingburger of talking like internet speak or discord mod is much of an indicator that EP was supposed to be Kyra. I had the distinct impression that it was to mock Shay...

Oh yeah someone allegedly killed themselves over furry internet ship drama. Two in fact. One was Shay and recently some Jane or John Doe did too. The one thing in common they had was they both shipped Alastor with someone.

What was fond of RadioDust (Alastor x Angel Dust.) and Unnamed was fond of Charlastor (Charlie x Alastor) the reason for not including any of the character drama is because Shay and JD was not proven other than third party stating it and most proof was cropped and covered so we couldn't really get a clear picture. The whole Shay incident seems so awfully convenient and too easy to have faked but people ran with it and was like "Viv causes Le murder."

I mean by all means if the people who Shay was in the server with can attest and adhere to this discussion or harassment comes forward or at least have a smidge of proof of said dunking on I'd believe it. But so far I don't really think Shay's case is holding up as the DM screenshots we were provided was censored but if you say something the critic community gets mad.

That's what I meant when the Critic Community isn't innocent either. There was at least one person in the Tumblr circles threatening rape and death on Viv and was told to step back but still continued. His name was Another-Critic.

Holy shit, really? Like yeah, if you're a creator you can do whatever you want and that can include showing your self-insert to be better than someone you don't like, but that's real super petty and stupidly passive-aggressive. Everyone who does that have been and deserve to get mocked for it.

Sorry, for some reason I cant reply to you Perfect Cell. So I'll just clarify to those unaware Kyra helped out with a ton of Viv Stuff. Worked on Timber/ Die Young/ Hazbin and others. She is most known for Buzzfeed stuff like "Chkennugit" and something with a cupcake. Anyways they were classmates. From what I gather Viv was a bitch to her and wasn't too nice to her. She discussed how Viv actually is in a quick comic.
