I think the judge just has to do something in this instance. Greer said he had witnesses, didn't do what he was supposed to, insisted that he was justified when the judge told him he wasn't, and then directly told his witnesses to not cooperate with the defense while calling Hardin a "crazy man". Like before I think Greer was always gonna get leeway since there wasn't a schedule and at that point in the case the judge had to treat everything he was saying as true initially but this is him directly going against the court.

Judge is on a death march towards a courtroom, and if the rest of this docket didn't turn him against Russ I don't think this will. I bet the worst he'll do is a sanction in the exact amount of that appeal cost award, to neatly cancel everything out to zero.

For all the self-inflicted misery Russ blames others for, he is broke, homeless, and living out of his rented car. The court can't reasonably slap him with the thousands of dollars of sanctions he rightly deserves.

I guess I don't fully understand how sanctions could work, but surely him being broke doesn't make him completely immune from ever getting them? Even at a reduced level, any amount is probably too much for him. He did pay fees for the Ariana Grande case where the judge also got to berate him for a half hour for wasting his fuckin time.

He only has to do something if he thinks Greer has any chance whatsoever of winning (because in that case it’s an obvious appeal issue for Null).

But if he’s 💯 convinced he’s ruling for Null, he can let lots of shit slide as Null is unlikely to appeal a win.
And in the meantime allowing Greer to rack up the costs for Null? That's bullshit.

but surely him being broke doesn't make him completely immune from ever getting them?
He is employed as far as we know, and that means Null can keep talking bits of his paycheck every month. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1673 up to 25% of his weekly wage could be claimed by Null (but it may not exceed 50 times federal minimum hourly wage (NRS 31.295)

remember that a dismissal has to be able to pass an appeal to the 10th russlovers. That shit has to be airtight or the 10th will be a bag of dicks again.
Would he though? Greer only got to the 10th circuit cause the DJF came in to help with the case. By himself, Greer is a retard who doesn't know how to file anything or make a proper argument.

Okay, apparently Greer now wants to add two KF users as defendants.

@moseph.jartelli and @Russtard

Still reading, but in listing his claims it's still basically just a timeline of events and he lists harassment claims even though it's not relevant to copyright infringement.

So it's still retarded and for some reason he didn't remove a bunch of exhibits that aren't referenced anywhere in the complaint. Or he did and didn't renumber them since there's no exhibit Z or A1 but the labels are there.

Apparently didn't remove enough fluff.

This moron has zero evidence and zero witnesses for the sole copyright claim he already has, but he wants to add more copyright claims? 4 years into the lawsuit, after "disclosing" all his "evidence" already?

If the judge allows this garbage he deserves to be impeached.

Here's the funny thing; The judge already had allowed an amendment to occur on or before the 31st. Guess what Russ didn't do? If the Judge wanted to be really spiteful...but he won't probably.
He admits the whole Taylor Swift thing was a publicity stunt on his part.
Yes, particularly in his Fremantle case:

Also, is that, like, illegal in any capacity?
If he admitted when it was going on, he could have been sanctioned for it

Has he ever actually said this out loud before? Also, is that, like, illegal in any capacity?
He’s said it before but maybe not in a document filed with the court.

I doubt it’s illegal (though perhaps Swift could sue for damages with that admittance) but it certainly can now be brought as evidance that Greer is intentionally frivolous.

That's just such a dumb take for him to go with on it though since he's just admitting that he filed a completely frivolous lawsuit to get attention. Especially when Hardin definitely wants to get him labeled a vexatious litigant and his fuckin book is about how the case was completely legit and that Taylor Swift was being negligent with her publicity stunts.

I'm wracking my dissolving, pixelized brain trying to figure out what the fuck this exhibit is exhibiting.
