I think another part of it with Trisha is infertility.

Trisha claims she had pelvic inflammatory disease as a teenager and a doctor told her when she was 18/19 that her chances of having a baby were very low so she should consider a hysterectomy to treat the symptoms. She'd had an unstable childhood so had dreamed of having a big family; this was devestating (but she refused to have a hysterectomy) and it made her go off the rails. That's around the age she moved to LA to try and be an actress and fell into stripping/prostitution and also started a YouTube channel that rewarded her for acting a mess.

Around that point she got pressured by a boyfriend into having unprotected sex and she caught chlamydia, which went undiagnosed for months - and when it was finally caught she was advised that it had likely caused fallopian scarring and her chances of conception were basically 0.00001%. At that point she went all in on being a messy where because she could never have children, which is all she wanted.

This is all what Trisha said, so there's probably a lot of lies involved to make her seem more sympathetic. However there's obviously some truth to it because she legitimately believed she was infertile - the first time she quit Frenemies was because she was having a BPD meltdown over Hila's pregnancy and the news it might be twins, and she was engaged to Moses at that point so felt highly insecure that she wouldn't be able to give him children (and probably worried Moses would leave her when they couldn't have kids). So she's over the moon to have been able to have a child through fertility treatments, let alone a second child naturally - in that podcast she even mentions this being the first time she's ever really had to consider birth control and they joke about baby number three.

It probably also helps that BPD tends to lessen with age. But against all odds Trisha is actually calm and happy, and it does seem like Moses is really in love with her (and he also apparently had reconciled with his family, besides Hila). I can't help but root for them.

The song and video suck, but I am happy that Trisha is doing better than sobbing into food and being driven literally crazy by Ethan Klein.

I'm a shitty pop music apologist, but even I can't defend this song. Katy Perry hasn't had a good song in at least a decade.

But I'm glad Trisha is doing something that's not porn, recording breakdowns, or streaming herself eating into a fat person coma. Good for her.

The video is absolutely terrible. Katy Perry is stuck in 2012, but not in an ironic way, or a in a way that she’s calling back to things of that time. She’s rooted there.

I’m convinced someone under the age of 21 on her team would have had to talk her out of having the idea of having her favourite Drag Race star in the video, or worse Shane Dawson or Jeffree Star.

The whole thing is so dated.

She is definitely going to come out and pull ‘I was only pretending to be retarded’, but unfortunately it isn’t clever enough to come off like that.

Another flop from Miss Perry.

Idk if any of you have been following her podcast channel but Trisha has been somewhat funny on that channel. This video has to have been my favorite. She’s palling around with self-proclaimed psychics now and has a guy named Antphrodite on (this guy is majorly into new age shit if you look at his channel), and he’s doing a psychic tarot reading for her and Holly Madison. She also talks about wanting to get abducted by aliens and stuff early in the stream. Looks like Trish is gonna be new age as her next religion

SNL hasnt been funny for over a decade now. I wouldn't look at this as a sign that Trisha is doing well as much as I see it as SNL is reaching the end of its death throes.

Just gotta say that I really don't understand the recent sympathy for her on here, and elsewhere. I see no evidence that anything about her has changed - she remains as selfish and vindictive as ever. The children appear to be little more than props for "content." I feel sorry for the children: she still strikes me as the kind of person who might commit a family annihilation because her nose was out of joint.
And she looks like a toad in a wig and lipstick.
