Phil is such a lolcow. There's a massive surplus of money in grifting politically, he waits until 90% of it is passed to start. Then he doesn't make as much money as he wants (while doing it as lazily as possible, just opens a local news outlet instead of AP or NPR. Uses Twitter for all gaming news takes, but somehow misses using Twitter for political takes and trending topics. What a fucking moron. He doesn't know anything about gaming or political news so it's not any bigger deal if he parrots someone else's opinion while using the show as an excuse to not have to hold a controller.
MANY streams recently he drags out the prestream (do not forget there's a 45 min to 1h20min prestream on his 3 hour late stream where he makes most of his money nowadays) until "the ball gets rolling on contributions". Can someone divvy up exactly how much time he spends not gaming? His slideshow goes for like 45min-1:15, then his stupid intro vid, then an hour minimum podcast, more if he's stalling for contributions or tech support (which is near daily), 2x 20 min piss breaks to wobble across the hallway to the bathroom then he stops games throughout to stop the recording and beg/rant (with stuff like the rogue mod thing happening between extending the unrecorded begments into like 40 min), finally he wraps up gameplay and rambles a bit or begs before clocking out. His night stream is even worse with very little gameplay. Seems fair to say he's not a gameplay streamer anymore when he rambles for 4 of the 7 hours he's infront of a camera, or wobbles off to jerk and pull hogans on the toilet.
I've been bitching about the dents in his chat for years. They're giving him money through adrevenue, through accepting memberships, through improving his search algorithm performance via stream attendance (this giving more of his videos a search chance for more accidental adrevenue through random victims) and finally, hoisting his retarded ego up by making him think he has watchers. 100% of kick viewers are just dogging on him 100% of the time and he gets it. He only leaves it up because it's another avenue for donation.
It used to not be effective because he would only read chat if you were a legit dent (derich/jayde) whale or you paid but now he will read almost anyone who @'s him and can easily be set off like he was today multiple times. The Kick chat is probably the most verbal abuse DSP has taken on the internet since like the SRK forums and he does so purely for you know who to give him sub bombs like tonight because he gets a bigger cut on Kick then if they were given on Youtube.
I wonder how long iron can keep this shit up. It’s 100% apparent he’s either it SSI or only works part time, so money is going to get tight. I’m sure mommy or daddy is letting him stay with them and giving him some cash, but eventually he’ll run out of money. I wonder how long Phil gets a new pay pig to replace him.
