What's Null's goal?
If he wanted people to post good stuff, he would not get rid of incentives to do so.
If he wants people to just post good stuff out of their own volition and for intrinsic reasons, rather than external motivating factors, then that is extremely wishful thinking, surely a way too high standard for a site in which anyone can sign up.
