People give Trump a lot of shit for Warp Speed, but ignore that it was intended to loosen up restrictions on pharmaceutical development and help with the creation of a vaccine. To that end, it was a success. What he didn't account for was stuff like states mandating vaccine requirements, pharmaceutical companies cutting corners, and OSHA being used as a cudgel. The issues people have about Warp Speed, honestly, have nothing to do with Warp Speed as it was developed.

Warp Speed was the corner-cutting. There's no way to know what the long-term effects of medication are without testing it for years. Remember, originally they were talking about a permanent shift of modern life to masked quarantines. This was going to be justified on the grounds that a vaccine would take 5-10 years to develop, so we have to live in a prison society until then. Trump allowed pharmaceutical companies to cut corners so that this excuse for tyranny would be short-circuited.

The law fair is so blatant because the left, on some level, desperately wants revenge on the GOP for how the left and the Clinton Mafia endure similar law fair during Bill's Presidency. The real difference is that Clinton did actually do what he was accused of, some flavor of NOT sexual relations. It was petty (presidents should be able to get sucked off in the oval office at their leisure imho) but it was also true.
