Ok new rule. I take the best of three random drops for india, and the worst of three random drops for not-india.

First of all GUATEMALA. The "better" photos were a generic gas station and a surprisingly tidy favela.

Mexico is nice. The air pollution problem has gotten better recently and my sis said it was really fun for not much money. There's a reason Ethan Ralph is chilling there.

My ideation is to go as far away from the soul of India as possible, bordering somewhat close to a country I recognize.
Avoiding waterways/border gutters/oceans/lower planes would be a clever idea since water, trash, and carcasses naturally find their way to the lowest point of elevation.
