That's pretty much how it works. If he had some kind of breakdown, he may actually not be competent to stand trial currently. As the effects of the Scooby Snacks diminish, he'll probably return to some baseline level of sanity.

It's not like he's Daniel Larson or something.

To dress up my own retardation a bit, Oliver Wendell Holmes once famously stated: "[T]he life of the law has not been logic; it has been experience."

And to pick an example from this very site, Chris-Chan was sent for mental evaluation. He was claiming to be Jesus Christ and otherwise acting like a complete lunatic. He was found competent enough to cut a deal and play the tard card. He didn't even stop claiming to be Jesus any time during this.

Our boy BMJ may be having a legitimate rough patch mental health wise. I would be if I were that dude and suddenly sober, and behind bars, and facing real time, and had no gamba or crack to distract myself. Wouldn't you be?

He'll get over it, especially if he realizes he gets out of jail faster by doing that.

He hacked multiple companies and used their API to send phishing text messages to gain access to customer accounts on large crypto exchanges then taking any available funds from the accounts.

He was doxxed on twitter, timeline line up (stopped streaming and deleted trannycord near the start of November) and he used the alias "Remi" for everything to the point where that is listed on the complaint.
Remi/remigamble was already linked to fathacker/fathackerreborn in earlier posts in the thread.

It blows my mind what brazen, reckless scam these people came up with. What they did is both smart and retarded beyond belief. They didn't even hack anything, they literally impersonated their way into access to the system and used it to steal money from the clients of multi-billion dollar corporations. This is so brave and retarded I'm speechless. It sounds like what someone would try to pull after a terminal diagnosis. No chance you get away with that.
