It's just another insulting word that Tom uses, because other people use the word on him, he gets assblasted over it, and thus thinks he can get his haters just as assblasted by using these insults against them himself despite not knowing the meaning of any of these insults, kinda like how Tom will say "tl;dr" and then respond directly to the post that he just said he "didn't read".
