After the bills are paid lowtax nets around 4-5k a month tops. He can get a few extra grand if he has a begathon. He also got some extra cash from all the Clinton toxxers that one of his admins tried to let off the hook.

He was getting taken to the cleaners by his ex wife and had to move his family out of the house he was renting and in to an apartment. He's finally done with alimony payments but still has to pay child support to his ex who has his kids most of the time. His current wife is getting everything lined up to leave and take her pound of flesh out of the tax man.

TLDR he's scraping by.
 
The worst part of all of this is that, ideologically, I'm probably in the same place as the current administration team. If they weren't powertripping, and if they could sacrifice some pride to just politely request that the doxxes of random members stop, maybe I'd have retained some respect for them.

FAU, what the people here actually want is for you to just stop trying to protect the idiots on your forums. It's not about transwomen, or women, or whatever; it's about making fun of the dregs of the internet for amusement. That's the founding principle of the site, and it's not like D&D doesn't do the exact same thing to anyone right of Stalin. Goons can be fuckups, just as much as tumblr users or redditors or whatever, and it's no one's responsibility but their own if they're obnoxious enough to attract mockery.

To be fair, the related bit about here is lowtax saying "people posting funny photoshops about this is the kind of thing we should be doing instead of leaving to others".

I get that Lowtax sees SA as his child, but considering how much some of the members hate him (to the point of him complaining that said members are blocking him on Twitter) makes this child an estranged one in the custody of shitty foster care that ignored a cigarette-smoking habit at 11 years of age. The staff aren't acting in the best interests of the site's goal as a comedy website, instead trying to turn it into a coven for troons. And Lowtax is just letting this happen despite his "things are going to change" promise.

It's pretty bittersweet watching their members perform an exodus to this place.
