I couldn't believe that there were people that don't have self-restraint and left a seething message on the profile posts of an obvious bot account. Giving the people that were doing this exactly what they wanted. When just reporting the account as a bot and keeping quiet is all they had to do.

In case anyone doesn't know, there's an option in the Preferences page of the Account Settings. Under the "Receive a notification when someone..." section, you can untick "Reacts to your message". Not just because of this, but I also don't particularly care how people react to my messages, while I do care if someone has taken the time to reply to me (or mention my username or whatever) and I suspect a lot of people feel similarly. Just makes it easier to be notified about things you actually care about.

@Null would adding a time delay of 2-5 second be a viable option/solution, similar to posting timeouts.
