As someone living in rural CA, there's some serious schadenfreude in seeing one of the two counties that keep us locked in a Dem supermajority burn as a direct result of the corruption they feed. I guarantee it's still not enough to get them to vote differently, either.

The worst part about this being true is that this disaster could have been prevented in many ways. This fire is the result of California's terrible political and environmental policies and nothing else.

I know some California secrets, one of those being that the state artificially rises the price of electricity of the state by releasing electricity from solar panels into the soil. This article goes into it, but as someone with some inside info, the "throwing away" is electrocuting worms.

California is genuinely such a pathetic, corrupt state with nothing going for it. Saudi Arabia uses cloud seeding, which increases cloud formation and rainfall over their country. I don't know why California isn't more proactive in developing their own, when it could quite literally solve all of their problems. No more droughts, no more water shortage, less wildfires...what pathetic governance and a pathetic voting base. I can't say much since my state is corrupt to shit, but at least we don't vote in the same corrupt morons over something as worthless as tranny rights. The explosion in population in the South is due to people leaving blue states, contributing to the loss in representative weight these states have in our country during election season. Maybe they escape to us, generally realize how much more competent we are, and decide to switch parties.

This fire will only further blue state flight. I'm pissed off since I hate seeing California plates on the road. The biggest losers are the communities these retards will try to turn into mini-Californias after their idiocy left their cities in literal ash. I don't want any hobo crackheads in my city.
