Live updates: Brush fire burns in Pacific Palisades as Santa Ana winds blast Southern California - Live video at link

I've been puzzling over incident reports trying to figure out what the fuck is going on with the Eaton Fire (more blue collar/working class area per @George Lucas) and noticed some interesting comparisons with the Palisades Fire (rich, Malibu). Note that there has been no updated report from Eaton since yesterday at 7 pm.

Acres Burned
Eaton: 10,600
Palisades: 17,234

Civilian Fatalities
Eaton: 5
Palisades: 0

Structures Threatened
Eaton: 37,438
Palisades: 13,306

Structures Damaged
Eaton: 84
Palisades: Not reported

Structures Destroyed
Eaton: 972
Palisades: 300

Total Assigned Personnel
Eaton: 879
Palisades: 2321
CalFire has an Eaton update at 8:27AM today.

Also, I'm sure it's been posted before, but this is the raw fire data as provided by satellite. It's unfiltered, so things like refineries and stuff will have red spots too, and it's only updated a couple times a day:

Better view, much slower, but colored by recency, the redder the spot the more active.

DA said they're going to prosecute to the "maximal punishment".
Is he going to actually or is that too racist?
>cause giant fire through negligence

>arrest looters to have fire fighters for next fire caused through negligence

Perfect plan for DNC

It's important that these things happen to shitlibs.
Most of them live in a fantasy world and they need a dose of reality or they fall even deeper into their ideological bottomless pit.

The place I used to live in has been completely destroyed and the people who I used to know are all homeless now, but these people spent 16 hours out of their day worried about what other people who they had never met were going to possibly do. These were the people who ranted about the coming "Trans and lgbt genocide" they were people who ranted about "abortion bans". When they weren't obsessing over those thing they were heading to the local park to suck off random men they met off grinder.

The mismanagement of the places they live in have destroyed their lives not some ideological boogeymen they created in their own minds to give their otherwise meaningless and boring lives meaning.

People may have brought this up previously, but I think it's pretty important context for any discussion about these fires. In arid areas like california, large scale fires like these are a simple inevitability. The more you try to suppress them, the more fuel builds up, and the worse they get when one finally catches. Everything I have ever seen from California is discussion about preventing them, or stopping them after they start.

That's a fundamental failure of method. Your only recourse in areas like this is to start them yourself frequently to keep the intensity and damage low. Whoever is managing their forestry is the actual source of the problems here.

Matthew 22:39
"And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."
I love my neighbour as I love myself. I'd like my own house, and my own country. I want the same for them. This is what Nationalism is.
I would like the government I want, and I want my neighbors to have the government they want. Not my fault the people of LA want a government of corrupt diversity hires.

Why does the bench have the tree from lebanons flag on it?

My understanding is that it isn't a true update since CalFire isn't managing the Eaton Fire. They are only posted estimations or as much as they have been told; incident reports can only come from the agencies in command which are Los Angeles County Fire Department, Pasadena Fire, and the United States Forest Services in unified command. There hasn't been an incident report since yesterday evening. posted here https://inciweb.wildfire.gov/incident-information/caanf-eaton-fire

Any guess to the real death toll?
Probably won’t get a full figure for weeks,. There’ll be a number of ‘missing’ who’s remains might not be found for months, maybe years, or at all if they got caught out somewhere off the beaten track. Then there’s those who were in a particularly hot spot and got completely cremated.

This catastrophe should not come as a surprise. For years California refused to do controlled burns to help manage fires. And it didn't keep the reservoirs filled when it rained. Despite southern CA getting a good amount of rain over the past few years it didn't clear the resulting extreme plant growth which has now dried out creating a massive fire hazard. Meteorologists warned that a 'recipe for fire' was on track to strike LA. Nonetheless, as has been mentioned, the mayor slashed the fire department budget last year by $17.6M - her original budget proposal sought to cut $23 million.

The LA Fire Chief warned in the weeks before the fires that the decision to cut the department's budget would diminish its ability to prepare for and respond to large scale emergencies. "The reduction... has severely limited the department's capacity to prepare for, train for, and respond to large-scale emergencies, including wildfires," Chief Kristin Crowley wrote in a memo dated Dec. 4, 2024.
So they cut the budget to save $17 million. And now they're probably gonna lose Billions over lost tax dollars of people just leaving the state.

Good news then, they got a time machine.

Yes, I know, it's Eastern time.

This is God's righteous judgment and you won't convince me otherwise.

Some of the more extreme followers of Jesus/Yahusha believe that the USA is indeed "Mystery Babylon" discussed in the Book of Revelation. Do you believe that we're witnessing God's judgement on Mystery Babylon before our eyes? 🤔

I noticed that too. Sorry I realize I'm being autistic about this but that "current as of" marker doesn't actually provide any new information. They just changed the date stamp on the existing reported figures from 7 pm last night. No updated incident report.
