Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

I'm about 70% sure this faggot doesn't actually need spectacles.

I think he wears them performatively - quelle surprise! - because he thinks they make him look intellectual.

I went to the site for the restaurant because I wanted to see what horrors "Napa inspired" meant.

Too many items, not very thoughtful on some of the items, obvious Californian ingredients ignored.

Not enough olives, artichokes, citrus, or nuts. Too many "heavy" dishes like spaghetti and meatballs and potstickers.

Real California food is simple, fresh, and seasonal with nods to Italy, Asia, and elsewhere.

This looks uninspired.

Come now, what says “California” more than eh… Jambalaya?!

I think one of Sander's bigger issues here is that, while I'm sure he loves his family, he still considers them as part of his "branding". It's not "Sander", but "Sander and the Jennings family".
Like, part of what he's selling is how they are a successful media family and how he's capitalising on it.
This is structured like a partnership post (shouting out the "new brunch & bubbles menu", tagging them with "Thanks @chwinery for hosting us! 😋") but it's not actually tagged as a paid partnership anywhere or shared by the restaurant, so Sander is clearly just trying to make it look like a paid partnership
I have no clue how much they got paid for the show...given how long it ran, plus whatever sponsored bs it could've landed them on the side, plus dad's ((lawyering)) and any business the show landed him, there's no reason they shouldn't have a sizable nest egg to live off the proceeds of. But then again, there's no amount irresponsible spenders can't fritter away.

So I wonder if the money dried up (or started to and the parents cut back the kids' allowances), and this stuff is a desperate attempt to monetize? Or are they set financially but bored with attention fading, and Sander need to go through the motions of "work" and "partnerships" and "clients" instead of admitting he's an unproductive failson?

with something like 100 locations. Nothing wrong with that, but it's been presented like they're in Akoko rather than an upscale Applebees
Like in The Office when Michael went to New York and was excited for a "NY slice" from Sbarro.

Doesn't look like the money dried up, but while they all are making money, Sander really has no much prospects of serious money. It's always difficult when you're freelancer, but Sander's not even that good.

I mean, marketing is an interesting career, but he seems to like it because it's a way for him to keep relevant online. There is too many people who works on this or become influencers because they're addicted to attention.

Sanders's problem is that he has no actual talent and is not interesting. He desperately wants to be Mommy's Special Little Man and get the attention Jaron took from him, but he has no idea how to go about it other than the Approved Trans Activist role, which is completely unrelatable for normal people.
If only he could monetise the contempt we feel for him.

Could you please explain this in a bit more detail? I think it's a bit more advanced than my current American language skills, sorry.
Michael Scott is a pretty average person who sees himself as more sophisticated than he is, and often tries to mimic fancy tastes.

New York is known for pizza, so when Michael says he loves getting "a NY slice", the assumption is that he knows some authentic, NY-exclusive place. When he points to Sbarro, a mass-market chain available everywhere, it shows that Michael doesn't have the refined tastes he imagines, he just likes what he thinks fancy/sophisticated/rich people like.

There's nothing wrong with Sbarro pizza, or McDonald's fries, or a Chili's burger, but if you tell someone you know a great local place and act like the mass chain is some high end secret you've discovered, it's embarrassing.

The next best thing for him is to become a big name influencer, which ain't happening. Nothing he does is interesting. There are people who only react to movies and have thousands of views per video, and this motherfucker is not relevant outside a very small bubble of former "I am Jazz" fans because he's not even known among trans figures.
I've said it before, I say it again: these family are BASIC. All of them. They have the most common and ordinary taste and opinions about everything, all they know is rainbows, drag queens, tiktoks. There is not one single thing about Sander that I can't get from anyone else who tries hard and fail.

There are two gay guys with a cat who get stoned and DON'T react to other youtube videos and even they make money. That's how useless Snickers is.

That would involve a level of honesty and self-awareness that Panders is incapable of.
Can't remember what movie was, but the voice over starts to narrate something bad that happened in their school and says that for some people, specially in a society that demands excellence, realising they're ordinary can make them go mad.

Sander was raised of a family that sends two contradictory messages: everybody's unique and special, but also everybody's fine as they are. So, he should be content with how he is, but he's also someone who needs to prove himself a super ally of certain issues and make a difference.

So, Sander's not special. Nobody in that family is. Yet, they still can work to become better, but Sander has no idea how uninteresting he is or how he can change that.

Sander reviewed his year of failure:
(But it’s okay you see because he’s smiling!)

This lazy cuck didn’t even have the “bandwidth” to sit down and write words twice a week!

What a sad, pathetic failure of a man. Cuckdom in human form.
