I don’t think he even knows. He made a DMCA claim against “Bearable Thomas”. Bearable Thomas appealed. This is in answer to that appeal. So you’d think that the filing is in furtherance of a violation of copyright, but his claims are all over the place.

It would be funny for the judge to dismiss it because of lack of jurisdiction since Tom didn't even state a basis for jurisdiction. I suppose you could argue that he made a basic claim for diversity of parties, but he doesn't state that there is a federal question or an amount in controversy > $75k. I think this gets dismissed on jurisdictional bounderies.

I am also surprised that Tommie hasn’t tried to declare himself a free or private entity under his version of god or some other ridiculous attempt at declaring one’s self immune from prosecution.

Aside from him the single biggest puzzle about sovereign citizens/freemen on the land/constitutional sheriffs is surely if one could just decide not to follow a country’s laws with no chance of legal repercussions, then why don’t organized criminals or heartless corporations just do that?
