Typically the incident planning period is 12 hours. So the updates to the public likely occur on the same cadence as that's when the outgoing staff brief the incoming staff and the same reports likely get sent up the chain.

I'm always welcome to being wrong; but anytime shit happens in this retarded fucking neighbor cattle state, I always err on the side of mismanagement/incompetence. They've been talking about "high-speed rail" since the mid to late 1990's; and here we are, in fresh 2025, a full 28 years later after I remember seeing signs and shit about it, and still nothing. Chinese and Indian real estate investment. Look at Canada, their market is destroyed because rich people in China and India want real estate in a country that’s not as close to economic collapse

Real estate is not a viable option in China anymore, there’s a vast surplus of unusable units, like 80 million homes without anyone living in them.

So, if the Chinese don’t give a shit about having unlicensed biolabs in Fresno, or secret police stations in New York, who thinks they’d have a moral issue with lighting some fires to free up some space for development with their best governor friend?
