Its sad because his cartooning actually got better over time, writting aside there at least was some effort intonit but this is worse than the first shitty comics he used to upload.

Similarly, I had a sense of pity seeing all the shit he would experience from being trans depicted in the earlier comics. He's one of the few cases where I actually felt bad for him and kinda wanted to see him succeed to some degree. However, after seeing him double down on the retarded shoplifting takes and ultra left wing sperging, I have zero sympathy left for him. I hope Trump wins so he will have a meltdown on Twitter while claiming he is done with Twitter.

It's always such a shame to see an artist regress in terms of talent and art style. Why does this seemingly always happen to SJW artists? I understand embracing an easier art style but it all looks the same and it's either the bean mouth Cal Arts style or globohomo corpo art with the deformed limbs. It's like they forget all of the big tenets of art the longer they steep in TQ+ activism.

Well I've watched his stuff for years and it seems like he's been producing comics and random art consistently. I think it's largely that these blobby type of characters are just overall easier or quicker to draw. The plots for these animal comics are clearly just thinly veiled versions of his own life (such as roommates getting pissed at him for being a lazy broke slob or his adventures shoplifting), so his overall efforts put into things have gone way downhill.

Reading this thread through the highlights, it's shocking how much he gets fawned over and defended after proving himself to be an awful person. I realize that this thread was started back when Kiwifarms was pro-tranny, but you'd think after eight years people would realize he's not going to magically come to his senses.

The one thing he had going for him, his amusing gross-out cartooning style, has turned into a bland furry art style, then to a generic corporate style. His 'self-deprecating' comics are for generic things like "I argue too much on the internet!", "I'm sloppy!" #relatable things that would appeal to redditors. He has never apologized for his comics advocating stealing because you're bored, or inflicting political violence. His most famous comic, New Guy, had a punchline of "Empathy is for assholes".

Is it because he looks good compared to Sophie Labelle? Being less repulsive than a pedophile who traced toddlers for diaper porn is a low bar to clear.

The shoplifting one was also so incredibly tone deaf. I could easily at least understand "hey I steal because it's fun" but pretending it's some kind of moral position is bullshit. And on top of that, he didn't even have it be Wal-Mart or Hobby Lobby, a franchise despised by the alphabet people. It was just a small local art supplies store, the kind that are dying in droves right now thanks, among other things, to "shrinkage," i.e. fuckheads stealing from them.

While they sell expensive "luxury" items, these places often have razor-thin profit margins or are even just being kept open as a labor of love. And hey they're even often run by "marginalized" people of some sort.

One day I was just minding my own business and doing nothing wrong, when all of a sudden and for no reason whatsoever a whole bunch of people on the Internet wrote a whole bunch of very violent words about me for doing nothing wrong. Being canceled isn't supposed to happen to people like me, because I have all of the correct leftist opinions in addition to having done nothing wrong, so the whole affair took a real toll on my health until my therapist and my spouse both reassured me that I had done nothing wrong. I'm going to be fine, of course, but I worry about all of those people who had so much to give until people wrote words about them on the Internet and it made them sad, thereby ruining their lives. It made me realize that people should be nicer on the Internet than I usually am, and that is literally the only thing I learned from this whole ordeal. Anyway, the point is that I did nothing wrong.

A wild idea, but I think people would be less willing to rag on you if you actually apologized for an objectively and morally wrong perspective, or at least admit you portrayed it poorly, rather than fail to hide your blatant resentment for the people criticizing you by insulting them and calling them evil bullies who victimize you.

Because that latter approach tends to make you look like you deserve that criticism on account of you being insufferable.
