I'm sure the neighbors are thrilled that Nick's desperation sale created a new comp that just dramatically lowered everyone else's property values.
That benefits them. It has the effect of lowering property taxes. As Nick found out, comps didn't affect his sales price. The assessor must now factor that in for property taxes though.
If only the rest of us were lucky enough to have Mommy and Daddy buy two houses for us like Nicky.
And Nick is retarded if he thinks what he did "leveraged debt" (whatever the hell that means to Nick). He took 2 paid-off single family homes and reduced it by 1. He had over a million dollars in real estate and reduced it by half with nothing to show for it. He's huffed his own farts for so long, he thinks he understands how to manage money when he's actually grossly incompetent.
