You do realize that by filing a lawsuit over this, you're allowing your case to be reinvestigated, since they have to prove without a shadow of a doubt that what we are saying is slander? If there's even a 1% chance that murdering kittens and people can be linked back to you, this is an exceptionally retarded idea.

Can the family of that girl who Emily helped murder sue Emily in court for financial damages? It's not the same criteria as murder and Emily wouldn't be entitled to a public defender under civil litigation. While they can't take Emily's disability checks, it will always be on Emily's credit rating and if Emily should run into some money, then the family of the murdered girl can collect on the judgment.. Just a thought. it's how they got O.J. who owed countless millions to the families of his victims.
