What really floors me is that Nick has been essentially jobless since this whole arrest and trial thing started. Streams have been extremely sparse, he hasn't been practicing law and he can't legally do it at the moment. Its also very odd that there is zero in the court transcripts from Kayla, Nick or any of their lawyers, including the childrens, requesting a retest. Nick wouldn’t lie to us, would he?

I watched that clip. Nick is saying that the result is so impossible that he wanted the fail rates for the lab, their methodologies, literally an entire history of the sample. He is fucking insane if he thinks he would beat the drug lab on that test. As has been stated many times in this thread, the lab was 100% correct on the test results, and there is 0% chance the lab got a bad result. He then claims that a hair retest wasn't done (lie) and that he wanted to get a retest, but the state had custody of his kids and he couldn't get a retest (lie).
