The leftist retards do not realize that competency in a job is the base requirement. DEI has eroded that simple principle, especially in areas where individual effort and productivity is hard to measure, or when it becomes obvious the damage has already been done.

When I look at the salaries being paid to public servants in the LA area, water management, firefighting, both with salaries that way way way exceed that someone should be paid, while at the same time cutting service and saving, I really question the credibility of the people in charge of the city and oversight in general.

I am used to management getting overpaid in private companies, that this has apparently reached public service jobs that are paid from taxes is retarded on a level that is hard to describe. And when those people, who are get overpaid, are also DEI hires unqualified for the position, running two essential services into the ground, then they need to be held personally accountable.
