I do think Dustborn deserves that #1 spot on worse game of 2024. I'm surprised that the Dead Rising Remake wasn't on the list but the Silent Hill 2 remake was. It wasn't even in the dishonorable mentions.
Yea I didn't particularly like the SH2 remake but the Dead Rising remake certainly looked shittier, I didn't actually get around to playing it.
to me it looked like a shitty remaster rather than a full out remake of the game. also i forgot that dead rising deluxe came out last year because of how much of a nothingburger the final product was.
i honestly don't really care. you can't stop the pedophiles, lolicon lovers, furries, trannies, etc from gooning to whatever they want. My advice is to protect your own kids, and not gave shit about other people's kids.

This is a really bad slippery slope. Your own kids come first, sure, but if society is further atomized and no one gives a shit about each other, we’ll be truly fucked. Communities helping each other has been an aspect of civilization for thousands upon thousands of years. When the time comes and protecting your children may be out of your reach, you’ll need someone else to protect them. Apathy leads to moral decay.
He seemed to forget about the Flintlock game too though maybe it was just too meh to put in. Despite the new bugs, censorship and easier difficulty the Dead Rising demaster can still be enjoyed compared to a lot of the bad games presented and a lot of the story still plays the same. The SH2 demake was way more blatant with the uglification, modern audience cinematic writing and overall change in gameplay and direction that fighting the same bunch of enemy types every five minutes makes it old really fast
cancelling resulting in literal death, the big bad being objective facts, and you essentially driving out all the free thought from people was so ridiculous
nothing individual can do about it when society begin to collapse. look at California.
