Idk, Tony's one of those threads that, from the outside, I could see that other people might find him boring. But idk, something about him just keeps me coming back.

Yeah, jail time. What Tony fails to say is that what kept men out of toilets before was not people stood outside or checking, it was the whole social order.
-you weren’t allowed in
-going in in any circumstances outside of an emergency like a doctor needing to attend to someone would have been socially unthinkable
-a woman confronted with a male in the toilets knew that calling security would have him ejected and perhaps arrested, not her
-you risked getting a kicking
All that together stopped the vast majority of perverts and opportunities. Nobody needed guards because it just wasn’t allowed and there were consequences. You stay out of the opposing sex’s toilets. Exceptions for medical emergencies, and parents with tween kids I guess.
