Really good article. I didn't truly understand who Caruso was, but this article crystallized into a very easy-to-understand nugget. If he wanted to run and take her office in 2026 he could by pointing at preserving his mall, versus Bass being out of country while LA burned. Even a retard could see that Caruso can do SOMETHING, just tapping his own funds to save even a small chunk in a disaster, where all Bass can offer is her light-skinned niggatry with an expired side order of dyke. If Caruso uses the mall just part of it as a relief center, he's golden for two terms.

There is no "Asian" culture. They all hate each other far more than the Hispanics do. And often for much better reasons. Plus unlike the Latino's, what we refer to as "Asian's" in Burgerland (leaving the Pajeets and Paki's as a separate group) don't speak the same language. It's not all Chinese on the storefronts. It's Chinese, or Korean. or Vietnamese, etc. The commonalities among Asian Cultures and Family groups are more akin to what you see in Europe, regardless of language and nationality/ethnicity. The family and broad cultural dynamics are similar among widely disparate groups. Like Polish and English. I would hesitate to call it "Confucianism" unless you want to be curb stomped by Koreans, Japanese and similar that really have no cultural connection to such.

It really doesn't. They don't have enough available water to cool the hotspots in the vast burned out areas. An uptick in wind speed will kick up embers from hot spots you thought you already wet down, for days. The only thing that will prevent flare ups is rain. And my experience comes from Eastern Pine Barrens of comparatively small areas compared to what the poor LA Firefighters are dealing with. The shit I used to fight wasn't exploding from static electricity in the air. And the trees were not actually considered ordinance. My old formula, used in the flaming Pine Barrens, where we could drive these Max Max'ish home made Stump Jumpers into the woods with 700 gallon tanks to get water everywhere, was to get the brushfire out you needed to get the ground wet to a depth of at least 1" for winds up to 30-40 mph.

Like this picture. That's a flare up. Thats some embers from a hot spot blew out and landed up the block. From the right fire to the left.
