Wow. Hats off. Let me know if I can leave a bottle of bourbon in escrow with Mr Hardin next time I'm in VA.JA010478-04-01:
Request for appointment of a Lawyer
Let me break some of this down for the thread.
Austin previously said he had to pay for his lawyer, which may have been true, but when I attended other hearings his same attorney was one of the court appointed attorney's being assigned. I thought it coincidence.
This paper work is from when Austin violated bond on his Second domestic violence charge upon rat dad... The first paper is the assignment of a court appointed attorney. Austin's parents are NO LONGER PAYING for Attorney Bryan Jones, and Austin has been declared indigent (poor) officially by the court.

HE HAS NOTHING DOOD
The capias attachment of the body, aka warrant, is for Austin violating said bond/bail conditions
The interesting bits here are his address is actually the jail itself and no longer mom and dads place

And the warrant expressly says he is to be held WITHOUT BOND. Confirming my previous assumption.

The commitment order is just the magistrates paperwork for the jail to intake Austin. Interestingly it says there was a hearing for 12/10/2024 if he was not released on bond, supposedly to ask for a bond and appoint the attorney. We know the outcomes of that at this point (no bond).

Too long, didnt read? Austin's confirmed in jail without bond on violating the bond/bail of the second domestic violence charge, and is declared INDIGENT by the judge, meaning his attorney is court appointed. BosmanJack is OFFICIALLY BROKE.
ETA to avoid the double post, here are the indigency guidelines

Further regulation states: https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacodefull/title19.2/chapter10/article3/
1. The net income of the accused, which shall include his total salary and wages minus deductions required by law. The court also shall take into account income and amenities from other sources including but not limited to social security funds, union funds, veteran's benefits, other regular support from an absent family member, public or private employee pensions, dividends, interests, rents, estates, trusts, or gifts.
2. All assets of the accused which are convertible into cash within a reasonable period of time without causing substantial hardship or jeopardizing the ability of the accused to maintain home and employment. Assets shall include all cash on hand as well as in checking and savings accounts, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, and tax refunds. All personal property owned by the accused which is readily convertible into cash shall be considered, except property exempt from attachment. Any real estate owned by the accused shall be considered in terms of the amounts which could be raised by a loan on the property. For purposes of eligibility determination, the income, assets, and expenses of the spouse, if any, who is a member of the accused's household, shall be considered, unless the spouse was the victim of the offense or offenses allegedly committed by the accused.[/qoute]
I think here Austin committed perjury. Austin has way more net income than the guidelines stated. Sure he cant work because he's been in jail, but that doesn't usually matter. The judge bases it on what you were making before getting into trouble. Sure no one makes money while in jail. If that was how it worked everyone would get a court appointed. Austin made at least $2000-3000 a month just from his twitch partnership. He receives hundreds to thousands of dollars daily in gifts from his viewers. He also has some convertible property including his high end sneaker collection, his $600 illadelph bong, one if not both of his gaming computers one with a 4070 super and the other a 4090 graphics card. And then theres his collection of CS2 skins he invested in prior to arrest he could liquidate.
Austin is a household of 0, as he pays no rent, does not pay for food, or even his phone. He definately exceeds $362 a week / $1562 a month in income. He likely has that in his bank account from his last twitch check before getting locked up.
