Greer supplied this as his litigation history. He can't find any of the documents himself because he claims he lost all his electronics when he was evicted. Do we have everything related to this somewhere?

Greer v. Swift (iii) (middle district of Tennessee)
Outcome: could not serve, plaintiff walked away from the case because he realized suing Swift was hurting his career and he needed to move on with his life.

Greer v. Moon (district of Utah)
Outcome: ongoing

2022:
Greer v. Fremantle (district of Nevada)
Outcome: dismissed because of arbitration agreement in place that prevented litigation. Parties agreed to not pursue appeals or other costs.

2023:
Greer v. Gilman (Humboldt, Nevada District Court)
Outcome: dismissed for standing Plaintiff had also filed motions for protective orders against Kiwi Farms users, but because they are cowards hiding behind fake names, he could never serve them.

He is also missing from this list three other restraining orders against KF users that he sought (Mr. Hardin knows about them, as I told them about it when I first posted those docs here) (unless that's what he means by "motions").

Reading the last several filings, it really sounds like Hardin has a feeling the court wants to get rid of this, and he is dangling the carrot in front of the judge's nose.

Yeah that was the one where Greer sued a hooker and the brothel owner allegedly wrote him a letter that talked about how Greer was totally right and how that hooker was a liar. Except the letter was written completely in the third person and sounded fake as hell.
