Honestly, considering we live in a world that seems to require explaining how farmers are important for food, I don't think the issue is the weed.

Where are you smelling weed everywhere in public? I live in a state where recreational weed is legal and I only ever smell it in places like gas stations.

My daily commute ends with no less than 3-4 cars driving by with legit clouds of weed smoke trailing them. People are retarded and clearly cannot be trusted. It's unironically everywhere. I cannot go anywhere without someone walking by smelling like stank ass weed anymore. It doesn't matter whether I'm in the depth of nature or in the heart of town, I'm smelling some faggot ass with marijuana. Sometimes they'll do it in front of their kids. They do not give a flying fuck.

"Total Federal" seems about the same as the population of the US (sadly true). Senior Executives are less "diverse" than the general federal workforce.

In the 5 years from 2017-2021:
Whites went from:
63.26% to 61.2% for Total Federal.

Roughly 52% of Senior Executives voted for Trump.
That could make sense in relation to the FedSmith poll I posted in an earlier comment. FedSmith had ⅓ retired federal employees, who are likely older and Whiter. But, non-Senior Executive federal employees were also included.

The current Department heads appointed by Biden are your described swamp creatures, yes. When Trump gets in office they will be replaced with Trump's picks.

I didn't take into account what is defined as "white". There could be a disproportionate number of jews, but that would require a lot more work to figure out.

My guess is that DEI is externally forced in by a small minority of people with a vested interest in keeping people divided and enough power & wealth to overcome the inate resistance.

In all seriousness, the number of currently serving officers above 06 who are not true believers when it comes to Equity and most other progressive tenets can probably be counted on your fingers. Obama did a real number on the Officer corps in all branches and President Trump did not prioritize course correcting during his first term. Biden rammed through another ~6000 promotions back in September.
