Oh, that's 100% the situation now. They gassed/banned anyone talking about it and so (surprise) after a few days no one is talking about it. Lowtax isn't going to kick the hornets nest now.

Besides, there's really nothing he could say that would win people's respect back after this mess. Unless it's "I've cut FAU/ZDR/Cowcaster loose, we are making the changes to make the forums funny again, and the only reason it took this long to announce it is because I was making a deal to get ZDR's current code before he leaves." But that isn't what is happening.

I like making fun of SA but I also knew VileRat (we had some beers and watched a Chargers game at a bar in SD years ago after talking in EVE for a bit) He was a really cool and normal dude in person, I was seriously bummed when he died, so when people bring up the crazy conspiracy shit with him I get pissy pretty quick. Sean was good people and he died a hero, preventing classified shit from falling in to the wrong hands.

Yeah the drama is pretty much over. The only result from this situation has been a slight relaxing of the turbofag moderator policies the past few days but that won't last long. Lowtax never did anything to begin with and anyone not happy with the site will be blown off as unimportant as SA continues a glacial pace toward death.

I'd expect a sellout for like $50k in the next year or two.
