Whilst it's not exactly case-ending, and discovery costs are probably a fraction of Null's entire legal bill, it's a start. This assumes that it's possible for Hardin to collect from Russhole, and I can't see that process being easy.
if nothing else, it probably cockblocks any attempt for him to play around with the fee allegedly owed by defendants. Turns it on its head if he can't pay, actually. Would certainly be interesting if russ has to reveal where he gets and spends his money each month.

I love that the judge is finally getting pissed off how long things are taking. That he hid his lack of witnesses for seven months:

and that the case has been going for over 4 years now:

Get rekt shitlips!

Edit: Also the footnotes point out that Greer had to mark things as confidential and that Hardin didn't violate the SPO :story: :

Fuck me...I've barely been here for the last year, I can't believe this is still ongoing :story:

I need to go catch up on the thread, this is gold. Dog bless you Mr Hardin, and all who sail in you 🫡

(ooh, what's that baby factory bird called again, the one whos fella pew pewed himself? Number 5 on the kill count I believe? 🤔)

Totally just cheated on the poll BTW

Does Hardin factor the cost based on his standard rate or what he actually charged? And this only applies to costs directly related to the delays caused by witness shenanigans for the last 7 months, right? Josh always says that Hardin gives him a great deal, so it might not add up to all that much. More than Russell can afford, but nothing shockingly high.

Reasonable costs. Whatever agreements he has with Null are it's own thing. He can ask to be paid for the time he wasted on Russel that in his filings he said he couldn't in good conscious charge Null for. Anything in the scope of what the judge ordered, but Russel isn't going to go for any of it so the 14 day filing will just be giving his spreadsheet to the court.
