Sometimes being optimistic is worth it.
I got rainbowed for my read on the judge's approach back in November, but I'm sticking with it.

jail at this point would probably be a relief to russ. three hots to trot, familiar territory, doesn’t owe anything to anyone.
It's "three hots and a cot." :) As in three hot meals and a place to sleep. Being hot to trot is something completely different!

Can’t fuck whores or e-stalk instagram models from jail. Basically sentencing him to hell.

yeah i fixed it.

It's going to be a decent chunk of change. Each filing requires hours of research and work. The average reasonable fee is probably around 200-300 dollars an hour. It's going to be at least be 10x the stupid copying fees he has been whining and crying about for months.

A reasonable plaintiff, especially a financially destitute one, would be well served by coming to a settlement dismissing the lawsuit in return for waiving the payment of attorney's fees. But we have all learned this isn't a reasonable platiniff and this isn't about contributory copyright infringement. I look forward to the Acerthorn style interlocutory appeal/mandamus- after all hes convinced the 10th Circuit has his back.

I'm putting my bet on a slew of plightsperging followed immediately by voluntary dismissal because he will assume that means he cannot be pursued for costs if he has forgiven Null for infringing his copyrights. Among the bitching will be lines such as 'plaintiff simply cannot keep up with the speed of this case as well as juggle his school and work', 'this case has made plaintiff's family stop taking his calls or return his texts' and 'this case has cause so much stress to plaintiff that it has made him feel really bad about trying things that plaintiff likes'.

Friendly reminder that a civil judge can throw you in Jail until you comply

It'd be nice to see Debtor's Prison make a comeback specifically for Russell Greer. If they put him into the modern equivalent of Marshalsea, there'd be no shortage of sex workers in there for having failed to pay their debts to the sex traffickers they were working for.

He'd be able to find somebody to suck him his penis on a regular basis and prices would be bound to be lower than they are outside in the free market.

I would assume he has a paralegal helping with some of the stuff, that's a much lower rate.

Russel isn't going to settle until he gets his $255 or whatever it was.

Is a settlement even feasible? Greer outright admitted that this court case was intended to be malicious harassment and not a legitimate grievance, so there is clear evidence of intentional financial harm against null with giving his lawyer the runaround.

Also seems that my prediction that the judge wants to wrap this case up and close it was correct.

i voted monetary sanctions only because it was obvious the judge wont dismiss this shitshow just yet but i think this is gonna be way funnier tbh. we get to watch rusty flail and squirm and make excuses why he shouldnt have to pay anything because hes a poor disabled retard yuh onnah. there will be no stipulation because the order says he has to pay within 2 weeks after such a stipulation which aint happening because shitlips is broke. expect hardin to file his cost breakdown with the court in 2 weeks and the fun continues from there

Awesome! I was worried if Greer got ordered to pay costs that it would be delayed until the end of the case but looks like Greer is gonna pay what he owes since the judge gave him 14 days to cough up. Since he's basically broke and homeress I'm pretty sure any amount is too much for him.

Can't wait for a plightsperging motion filed tomorrow where Greer makes another motion to undo the thing that just happened.
