I only hold people with the most extreme traumas in this regard. Ok, you were gangraped growing up everyday in a Romanian orphanage during the war, and now you wanna cut off your dick.

Trauma-ranking is ape-brained in the same way the people, who chase "number go up" or trannies are ape brain retards.
This trauma ranking, which most people engage in - yours truly included - on it's own, makes or breaks people: Precisely because everyone thinks being a gang-raped ceausesku orphan is a bad card, victims like those will have an easier time dealing with it, after the traumatic event has passed. But that's all bullshit, because you don't know how long and SUBJECTIVELY intense the traumatic experience, a given suburban teen might have been subjected to, was. The abuse might have felt inescapable, precisely because nobody takes the complaints of a well off suburbanite serious, whereas nobody contests that romanian orphanages sucked ass, but we only acknowledge that now. Back when it happened, the kids were gaslit about their experiences all the same.

I cannot reccomend Dr.Garramone enough to all my FTM brothers. The man has been doing top surgery for decades. He's perfected it, and he decided to dedicate his life to helping guys get the chests they so desperatly need to lead happy lives.

The man built an entire surgical center around doing nothing but FTM top surgery. It's all he does day in and day out. His entire staff from front desk to the surgical team know exactly what they're doing because of it. They are extremely detailed and tell you everything you need to know about what to do before, during and after surgery. They give you scar gel and antibiotic wash and excellent pain medications.

Every second I spent there I felt reassured I was making the right choice. They are professional, answered all my questions, and Dr.Garramone himself was awesome. He made it very clear to me how much he cares about his patients and how post-op recovery care is super important to him to ensure people get good results. They send you home with several pages of discharge instructions. Any concern you have is most likely answered in there.

I love my results. My ONLY negative critique is that after I woke up my pressure wrap was too tight. To the point where it was difficult to take more than shallow breaths. I called the surgical center twice: once on the very first day, and again on day three, and got the front desk team. The front desk team told me it was normal. On day five, I couldn't feel my hands anymore, so I called Dr.Garramone's emergency number which connected me to him instead of the front desk team. He of course said numb hands and not being able to take a full breath was NOT normal and to loosen the bandages immediately. I did so and felt 100x better.

Sensation wise, I rated a 3. I had a lot of erotic sensation in my nipples before surgery and knew I'd be loosing that. It's gone and hasn't returned. But there IS feeling. It just feels like normal skin though and there is no erotic sensation anymore. I was prepared for this outcome and it doesn't detract from how elated I am with my results. My chest is perfect!

It was 10K out of pocket. My insurance wouldn't cover any part of it. It's all on the Care Credit card and I'm paying it back little by little. But it was so worth it. Yes, Garramone is expensive, but he really is the best and has the most experience and the most consistent results. He's been doing it the longest. It's well worth the money.

Sadly, even with one of the best results I've seen (IMHO) she can't stop talking and posing like a doody dood

I don't know if I first found out about them on the Farms or elsewhere, but I fell down their rabbithole a couple weeks ago and WOW! The more you learn the more crazy you uncover. I feel so bad for the 'husband' Turk, who died, and for his poor Mother at home in Australia.
I think that Dylan could probably do with a thread, I'm pretty sure his antics go way back before his current crop of 'pups' and he won't stop what he's doing just because his 'husband' died. I put 'husband' in air quotes because I don't think the marriage had anything to do with love. It was all about control.

Did a quick look-see around pReddit for more Garramone results and info. It's $$$ to get the chop from him and it doesn't look like it's easy to get insurance to cover as he is not in-network with any insurer.

I didn't look too deeply to see if people are complaining about being rejected, he has to be screening out the fat, greasy, too-autistic-to-follow-simple-post-surgical-instructions patients. At a minimum his pricing and insurance hoops will eliminate a ton of bottom of the barrel pooners on Medicaid.

I want to dig into this guy some more, it seems weird a decent surgeon would be drawn to running a dood-only practice. No normal doctor makes it their life's mission to cut tits off mentally ill girls, even if he does do it carefully and neatly.
