Honestly who gives a fuck if the game is good? It's not like gays and blacks are a 21st century invention and automatically invalidate any piece of historical fiction they're in. I'd understand if every other person in the game was a gay nigger but I highly doubt it. Pre-ordering games is the stupidest thing to do, especially these days. Digital goods do not run out of stock. Games release as buggy messes and need several months, if not a whole year, to be patched into an acceptable state. By that point there is likely an UltraGigaLuxury Edition, which has all the DLCs and pre-order content and it's on sale on Steam. Plus, if the game turns out to be woke and/or shit, you can just skip it.

The only fag couple in the first game were the two villains, who are still alive and will appear in the second game. So if said gay sex scene is between them it would be not to bad since they are supposed to be horrible people.
