There are tons of non-bar gay scene places, but they're very niche and segregated by sex. There are weight lifting gyms and road cycling groups that are that are heavy gay male. There are coffee shops and tiny art museums that are very dyke. Gay/dyke bowling teams are common in innercity shitlib neighborhoods.

Some areas have hiking groups, knitting clubs or quilting clubs that are almost entirely queer. Pooners infest many crafting activities, unfortunately. There are also far-lefty churches that are heavily queer/dyke. I live near a Unitarian church that has rainbow flags and troon flags flying every day of the year.

But Lezbollah would never bother with any of these places, except maybe a dyke coffee shop. She's a passive consumer of queer culture and would never put in the effort to start knitting, bowling or hiking.

New filings from the gay bars seek to find Lezbollah Anne Marie Bompart in contempt of court for violating the restraining order. Two days ago, on December 28, Lezbollah was spotted lurking outside Cubbyhole in violation of the court order. The plaintiffs submitted a photo of Lezbollah skulking outside:


For her part, apparently Anne Marie Bompart claimed that the person in the photo and videos isn’t her. Lol.
Cubbyhole Lisa’s wife took three videos during the incident. The filings state that these videos have been emailed to the court as exhibits 37, 38, and 39. At this time, the exhibits are just placeholder pages that indicate this. Hopefully the videos will be uploaded by the court.

Attorney Shanahan also complains, saying that he asked Lezbollah’s new counsel on the 23 for a copy of her full statement that she submitted to the NYPost, but that they have been unresponsive. If she mentioned Henrietta Hudson or its owners in the statement, she would be in contempt of court for the Henrietta case.

If you look at the fire hydrant and manhole cover on google streetview, Lez is directly across W 12th street from the front door of Cubbyhole. She couldn't be closer without actually standing in the middle of the street. She's about 100-130 feet away from the door while court ordered to stay 500 ft away.

She's trying that argument after getting busted in broad daylight on video? LMAO, she really is crazy. She must think she has the same rights in civil court as in criminal court, and can choose to remain silent and force the other side to prove it to a high standard. Nope! She'll be forced to answer under oath.

The affidavit says, "Not only does the person match all of Defendants physical features, the dress is identical to what she wore during previous stalking incidents and her mannerisms, in how she handles her cellular phone, is also identical" Dumb bitch didn't even wear new clothes.

Attorney Shanahan also complains, saying that he asked Lezbollah’s new counsel on the 23 for a copy of her full statement that she submitted to the NYPost, but that they have been unresponsive.

They still hadn't replied as of 12/30, a full week later. They should have at least sent him a delaying tactic within a couple days, perhaps citing the holidays.

Complete silence probably means Lez told her lawyers on 12/23 that she did everything she was court-ordered not to do. They can try all sorts of lawyer tricks on behalf of their clients, but they're not allowed to outright lie to opposing counsel.

A few minutes ago, Anne Marie Bompart’s attorney filed an affirmation in opposition and several exhibits. This marks the first substantive filing from Bompart. The filings come from the Henrietta case, 158987/2024 Bar Belle.

The affirmation provides insight into the settlement agreement that the parties had reached. The settlement agreement contained a mutual non-disparagement clause.

Lezbollah’s counsel is arguing entrapment as a defense, while also arguing that the Plaintiff breached the settlement clause.

If you read further on, you can see that the argument is essentially that post-settlement, Lezbollah was ready to move on but that Vic sent her friend to do something horrible to Anne Marie, leaving Bompart no choice but to address it publicly. Counsel argues that Vic’s conspiracy was entrapment to get Lezbollah to breach the settlement.
It is a weak argument. If you’ve been following along, you know the situation being referenced is when Lezbollah hosted a hookup with some impoverished lesbo who allegedly knows Vic. The hookup stole some stuff from Anne Marie’s apartment before departing. I have to go back in the thread to check, but correct me if I am wrong in saying that hookup’s name is Shawna. This argument relies on a lot of assumptions and conflicts with Vic’s year-long history of ignoring and disassociating from Lezbollah at every chance. So they assert that that the Plaintiff induced Lezzie to violate the settlement.
Second Argument
Here the memo gets a bit disorganized. The attorney starts out by arguing that Lezbollah’s actions following the theft were a response to the Plaintiff’s alleged breach, but then it takes a turn and addresses the substance of some of Lezbollah’s messages.


The argument boils down to, “yea, she did threaten to curb stop Lisa’s dog, but she said ‘lol’ and used emojis so it was merely hyperbole and an expression of her opinion of Lisa.” The cited case law provides little support. Counsel references a case where the statement in question was posted to social media, “I’d like to see folks call this [Dr’s] office and tell him that Trump supporters are watching him.” It doesn’t take a genius to see that Lezbollah’s statement is a violent actionable threat and the citation is not. More caselaw is cited, and the issues in them can be easily distinguished from the present issue.

Third argument
Lezbollah shouldn’t be incarcerated because she took down the posts in question, so the point is moot.
The remaining arguments
(1) Plaintiff hasn’t met burden to establish contempt of court
(2) Plaintiff hasn’t met burden to establish mental health warrant and
(3) Lezbollah should be awarded attorney fees.

A reminder that oral argument has already been scheduled for tomorrow, January 15.

Defendant has filed notice of cross-motion and affirmation in support of cross motion. The motion is for finding Henrietta Hudson in contempt of court for violating the settlement. Defendant alleges that one of Henrietta’s staff told her that other staff made disparaging comments about Lezbollah after the settlement was reached. Defendant also alleges Henns is in breach for sending someone (the hookup) to Lezbollah’s house.

Man, they are REALLY struggling. I'm desperately curious who at this office was willing to take this on, if this is the strength of their strategy (bonus points because every single example they cite IN HER DEFENSE makes her sound like a nutcase... That does beg the question about the bill though... Litigation is VERY expensive, so expensive that 90% of the time the realistic answer to someone's legal plights is 'it'll cost you more than it's worth to litigate this', and she's broke. I can't imagine this isn't a case of mommy agreeing to foot the bill for her nutcase of a daughter.

In the Cubbyhole case, Bompart’s counsel has filed an affirmation in support of a cross-motion, an affirmation in opposition to the order to show cause, Lezbollah’s affidavit, and one exhibit consisting of one of her emails.
The argument consists mostly of conclusory statements, that the Plaintiff cannot prove its assertions or meet the evidentiary burden. She argues that the Plaintiff’s evidence is hearsay and speculative at best, but, with the exception of the video, she fails to explain how the evidence is speculative or hearsay. There is only minimal discussion of how the Plaintiff’s evidence fails to meet these standards.
Lezbollah’s counsel argues that it isn’t her in the Cubbyhole videos because the Plaintiff cannot prove that it is her. In her affidavit, Lezbollah swears that she has an alibi because she was not in the area when the videos were taken.
If you believe that the Cubbyhole video is of her, then she just perjured herself.

This Court has under consideration motions involving the defendant Anne Marie Bompart seeking an order of contempt together with additional injunctive relief. Plaintiffs have also requested that Bompart be referred for an involuntary commitment for a mental health evaluation. The Court has reviewed the material submitted in relation to the motions and, in accordance with standard procedure, the undersigned has been notified that Bompart will be arrested after proceedings conclude for the day. Given these circumstances, the Court requests that the New York County Criminal Court consider the issue of a CPL §730 evaluation as a component of Bompart's arraignment.

A “woke” crusader accused of defaming a pair of lesbian bars was arrested shortly after her lawyer argued in front of a Manhattan judge that a series of “ill-advised” threats were only jokes.

Anne Marie Bompart was arrested outside a Tribeca courthouse following a contempt hearing Wednesday for two defamation suits filed against her by popular lesbian pourhouses Henrietta Hudson and Cubbyhole.

Bompart — called a “potential copycat [of] ‘Luigi Mangione’” by an opposing attorney in December court papers — is now charged with one count of aggravated harassment, NYPD officials said.

The civil judge presiding over the combined cases requested that she undergo a 72-hour mental health evaluation as a condition of her criminal court arraignment, and continued the restraining orders already in place for both of the bars.

The two bars have each filed defamation lawsuits against Bompart for allegedly spreading false rumors of racism and violence against women at the two lesbian hubs.

“Everyone at this point is, quite frankly, scared,” said Tom Shanahan, the lawyer representing the bars, during the hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Bompart’s lawyer, Gerard Lucciola, argued that the bars were being “sensationalist” and “audacious” in their claims.

Inside the cramped Tribeca courtroom, roughly 20 young and sharply dressed onlookers showed up to support the bars, clutched their hands, and occasionally patted each other on their backs for support during the hearing over the saga, now a year old.

“She threatened to stomp Mr. Hutchinson’s dog to death, she threatened to break their jaws,” Shanahan said, recounting some of the violent threats Bompart has recently made against associates of the bars.

Shanahan argued that Bompart was in contempt of court, and should face financial penalties, in addition to a mental health assessment.

Bompart allegedly violated a 500-foot restraining order by standing silently outside of Cubbyhole last month, Shanahan said — frightening the bar’s workers, who snapped photos and locked the doors.

“We’re getting to the point with her where there hasn’t been any consequences for her actions,” Shanahan said. “We sincerely believe she’s a danger, not only to herself, but to the community.”

In court papers, Bompart’s legal team argued that her use of emojis and “lol” clearly mark her threats as hyperbole.

“There was, admittedly, some injudicious conduct perpetrated by Ms. Bompart — ill-advised,” Lucciola told the court.

Bompart isn’t in contempt — but the bars are, he argued.

Lucciola echoed claims Bompart previously made, alleging that a manager at Cubbyhole sent someone on a secret mission to hook up with her — and divulge juicy details about her case, which spurred her to restart her crusade.

“They violated [the agreement], not she,” Lucciola said.

Shanahan called it a “conspiracy theory.”

Lucciola rejected the alleged restraining order violation, arguing it’s unclear when the photo was taken and who it depicts.

“My client says it’s not her,” Lucciola told the court. “She was at home that day.”
He also called their claims of fear as more sensationalism.


“Judge, are we familiar with 911?” Lucciola said. “If they were in fear for their lives, I suggest they dial 911.”
