I think she's talking about the degenerate art exhibit the Nazis had, since she keeps hearing her art be called degenerate. She has the same problem as Andrew Dobson: a critique on the technique and form of her art is just as bad as someone giving a comment out of malice that her art sucks and she should die. Given that she made the index and pinky the long fingers of the hand, I bet it's the latter. She draws most of her furries with simplified anthro hands where the digits are all the same length yet gave the goat human fingers for some reason... and drew them the wrong way. I've seen people draw the hands on the wrong side but never individual finger lengths being mixed up like this.
