Allow me to put my beanbag psychologist hat on and speculamate.

Lesbians who inhabit lesbian bars are already dealing with some pretty hefty stressors in the form of troons swarming them on sight and acting in ways ranging from horrifically creepy and lecherous to straight up sexual assault. However they have to walk on broken glass eggshells in politely rejecting them (assuming they are not actively coerced into letting them fuck them) and are not allowed to breathe a word of complaint even in private on penalty of being declared an evil TUUURF and forever cast out of their beloved rug munching dive. I imagine this would leave them with some phenomenally pent up anger issues and aggression just begging for an outlet.

For many or most they are content just to beat the shit out of their wives and girlfriends, but for others its finally being creeped over by an ugly ass genuine woman lesbian whom they are fully socially allowed to let loose with all their bottled up hate and rage and fear.

What a specimen. She’s the first cluster B white woman I’ve seen that doesn’t wear it loudly and proudly on her sleeve. Normally they do that because mass media says it’s quirky and so they can farm sympathy.

Wonder if the lawfirm that stupidly hired her will fire her now? She's probably protected under NYC's overly strict disabilities employment law since she's now in a psych institution (temporarily). You know she'll file every possible sexual harassment and discrimination complaint if they fire her.

That law firm was the stupidest fucking firm in NYC for hiring her AFTER her first New York Post article for stalking and getting sued. It's the hiring decision version of punching yourself in the face on TV.

Her mom is a real estate lawyer. She probably knew someone on the coop board and found some old lady who needed to sell to move into an old age home, etc. Mom has zero ethics, since she has pulled strings several times to get her wacko daughter jobs at lawfirms where Lez could end up harrassing clients or coworkers.

Her mother is a local real estate lawyer working out of that same neighborhood, which I'd imagine gives both the money and connections. Unfortunate that this is how she's rewarded for stretching her neck out for Lezbollah, since it looks like she's gotten burned at least once with getting her daughter hired in some capacity at the big firm she was super-fired from.

I've been following this since day one and I'm glad to see that this B clusterfuck of a human finally started getting what she deserved.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I'm waiting on the imminent spergout on her insta the moment she gets her phone back unless she gets wrangled hard by mother and medication.

And holy hell that courtroom must have looked like pooner central.

I finally know what troons mean when they say “some cis women barely pass.”

And this is the first time I might actually be thankful for NYC’s retarded bail reform law. After the 72hr psych hold, if she passes (doubtful) they likely won’t hold her much longer.

Btw don’t these people know how racist it is to get a curvy middle eastern woman of color ARRESTED?? How will their peers ever forgive them for this egregious act of bootlicking?

Time from arrest to arraignment in New York City is 24 hours.

The court order refers her to the criminal court and only the criminal court can issue the order of examination for the involuntary psych eval. Specifically, the judge referred the case to New York County court for her arraignment. A psych eval can be conducted on an out-patient basis or during commitment to a mental hospital for the duration of the exam. The order’s wording suggests the latter.
The evaluation gets conducted where she is being held. The statute also caps confinement to a max of 30 days.
The charge of aggravated harassment is ambiguous. First degree aggravated harassment is a felony but second degree is a misdemeanor. Felony aggravated harassment carries a max sentence of 4 years and fine of $5,000 while second degree has a max sentence of 1 year and a fine of $1,000, but if the psych eval determines that she is incapacitated, the charges get dropped.

Edit: fixed error in description of nyc criminal procedure. Her arraignment is today.
