Nintendo Switch (Currently Plagued) - Here we shit post about the new Nintendo console, The Switch

Did you have a stroke mid-sentence? And then type out that stroke?
goofy ahh = "goofy ass"
dog controller = in reference to the fact people said the joycon grip looks like a dog with the handles as the ears, was a meme years ago.
grip-on = joycons gripping on the joycon grip controller.

Hope this helps.

This looks even more soulless then the switch design. Also the fact that it dosen't support all Switch games is bullshit. The fuck is their excuse? I don't trust those joycon connections, they look like they'll break easily. And the name, "Switch 2." Such an uninspired name. So far I'm not impressed with what I'm seeing from the soybox 2.
Probably hardware like IR sensors or whatever other shit was in Labo.

Wonder how long it'll take for people to make a Switch 2 Emulator

A PS4 emulator for example is still in the early stages and the Switch 2 is like a PS4 in terms of power.
Given its recent parity to modern consoles and how Nintendo is being very happy to throw lawsuits at everyone they don't like, probably not for at least 8 years. Given how many of the emulation community is infested by troons and whatnot, nobody will be able to keep their mouth shut for any work to be done. That is also not considering the rumors of denuvo too.

I'm actually a little bit excited for the switch 2 as it primarily means 3 things:
1. 360 to PS4 jump in performance
2. Doesn't have the same issues the PS4 had (weak CPU and HDD)
3. This is Nintendo establishing the graphical plateau that developers will have to develop for now, bare minimum.

Instead of trying to either aim for fisher tablet specs that downgrade the game entirely from the design stage or PS5 specs that just only give diminishing returns, they now have a comfortable in-between that casuals will be fine with.

This also means steam deck users (like me) will be able to enjoy newer games as we'll have comparable specs to the switch 2.

Depending on the price and the hardware specs, I may just save to buy a Steam Deck at this point.

People suspect that Nintendo came down so hard on Switch emulators in the last couple years because the architecture is so similar to whatever's in the Switch 2. I imagine emulation won't take much time at all.
Are there anyone left even still working on the current Switch emulator? It feels like the scene has been in shambles since Yuzu and Ryujinx got taken down. I'm sure in time someone will keep working on it but at this point there's too much of a risk that it could take years before there's even a public release.

I can see where they were going if they were going for an older audience with making the Joy-Cons less colorful and shit, but yeah it looks more globohomo which is kinda lame, also yeah even Xbox and Snoy have full back-compat so its dumb as shit, if theres one first-party game left off the list of BC people are gonna be bullshit

its because of Normalfags, any other name would have confused them, its fucking bullshit but they dont want another Wii U situation.

Taking a wild guess, 2 won't support games that require certain accessories to play given the redesign. I would bet that in Nintendo's case, LABO is the main one that isn't compatible given everything was designed around the Switch's current measurements.

I feel like the soul has left Nintendo since Iwata-san died :( I wonder if Switch 2: Switch Harder will have actual themes instead of the boring minimalist menu the current Switch has? Will they continue with Miis for character creation? Where's the fucking whimsy??
