If it was just drug possession charges he wouldn't be in the legal state he is in.
It's the two violent charges attacking Ratdad including breaking a protective order that are going to really bite him.
Also he has broken his probation and the terms of his release multiple times showing the court that he can't be trusted and is out of control.

He's going to be handed a sentence with serious jail time and unlike the past, he's not skating on this.

Austin showed for what 9 years was it, that he was a good reformed citizen. He smoked all the rock and herb from the Earth that, should be legal btw, he pleased and did no harm. It wasn't until Evil Eddie seduced him to the gamba side that our beloved Bossman strayed. Why is this small dicked nazi judge not going after OSRS for hooking so many young people into gambling? Why aren't casinos like Stake who exploit regulations to operate what should be illegal casinos being investigated? All these people in the world doing wrong and Austin is the one that gets the hammer laid on him?

Bossmanjack is a product of parents, a society, and a government that let him down. It's just wrong dewds. Everyone else gets to stack paper and scoff at the law. It's suddenly a problem when Austin does it.

Yeah, man. Austin said after the first encounter that he was remorseful for “slapping his dad around a bit”, but would someone really call the police on a loved one if the abuse was that minor? Ratdad is an instigator. I wasn’t there, I can only speculate, but I assume Austin was wailing on his father. I’m thinking the second bout was real bad just given how manic he was acting.
