Null is an American citizen, so I do not support the US government declaring Kiwifarms to be hostile to US interests and outlaw it and as far as I can tell, Null does not tailor his website or podcast based on region or IP. TikTok is owned by Chinese interests who have demonstrated they tailor content based on region. I see no problem with banning social media from foreign agents that are hostile to US interests. Should the US have allowed the USSR to own TV networks and publish newspapers to directly push propaganda and nefarious content to American citizens? The Chinese goverment is not entitled to the First amendment.

Hopefull this starts to put a lid on terror journalism, where the news story is no longer trying to inform or persuade a reader, but is simply trying to harm the subject of the story.

The government has always had the power to determine which foreign governments it considers hostile to ours, and to restrict the ownership of foreign entities of US assets, the importation of foreign-produced products, and the transfer of foreign money to US accounts.

You are still free to produce the dumbest entertainment you want. You are not free to seek investment from Chinese companies to do it.

McCarthy was not correct about the level of direct Soviet infiltration. Where he went wrong was accusing a ton of people, including very powerful people, of being Soviet spies. What he was right about, though, was that the Venona Papers made it clear that the Soviets wanted to infiltrate the US. He also caught onto how many people in the US were sympathetic to the Soviets and to communism in general.

What ultimately did him in is he began accusing military officials of being Soviet spies. That's when Eisenhower had enough of the guy.

Lemme guess…Massachusetts?

I have a theory for why they don’t- their goal is to target states with absurdly overbearing unconstitutional edicts (like CA) that are easier to defeat because of how pants-on-head retarded they are. In doing so, they establish precedent that can be weaponized to go after states that are a bit more cunning in their legal fuckery (like MA).

For example, think about how MA treats the AR-15/AK-47. It’s not an outright ban on the rifle platform itself, but rather the accessories (folding/sliding stocks, pistol grips, bayonet lugs, flash hiders). If you build one from a post-1994 lower receiver, they can only have one of the aforementioned accessories. However, if you have a pre-1994 lower, you can customize it however you want, owing to a grandfather clause. This is how MA is able to defend itself from accusations that they’re preventing people from owning common-use firearms. Same goes for magazines, with those holding more than 10 rounds being allowed as long as they’re pre-1994.

MA can respond to the courts that they don’t technically ban people from owning common-use items, because they permit it under certain circumstances (despite the high costs involved and the dwindling availability of said items). MA is definitely more strategic in how they structured those laws, and they know it. Groups like FPC probably see it as more sensible to take on easier cases from states that are overly greedy in their tyranny, so that they can build their arsenal of precedent to eventually take on MA laws and defeat them. No use blowing your load now if you’re not going to win.

Martin Luther King JR was suspected of being a communist despite his disagreements with it. It's hard to find the exact newspapers these days. Never forget that he's one of the people who helped fuck up this country, commie or not. On Monday look into it. Mr. Rogers did a better job than MLK ever did.

King had direct associations with Communists and former Communists, though he wasn't one himself.
