Designated shitting state. So Vivek is given a golden parachute to fail. Can't see how he wins with all the dirt on him but they aren't risking the senate seat over a shithead like him. I don't think people will forget over his comments so easily and i think most people actually learned about his scam because of those comments.
edit: DeWino seems likely to put in his right-hand RINO into vances seat.
Null is an American citizen, so I do not support the US government declaring Kiwifarms to be hostile to US interests and outlaw it and as far as I can tell, Null does not tailor his website or podcast based on region or IP. TikTok is owned by Chinese interests who have demonstrated they tailor content based on region. I see no problem with banning social media from foreign agents that are hostile to US interests. Should the US have allowed the USSR to own TV networks and publish newspapers to directly push propaganda and nefarious content to American citizens? The Chinese goverment is not entitled to the First amendment.I'm not sure that's illegal. And if it is illegal, then we have a problem, because it means the Government now has the right to decide the merits of entertainment, assembly, and speech in a vague "appropriate to the health of our society" standard, no?
Can you imagine Biden, just as an off the cuff example, declaring that the content of TheDonald, KiwiFarms, or Post-Elon X is "broccoli head brainrot nigger content" and thus banned by fiat? I don't like that idea.

Hi yes hello. We won't freeze to death, the emergency hot biscuits and gravy in containers that our wives packed us and the whiskey flask in our pockets keeps us warm even in a blizzard.100% some retards from the south would show up there in shorts and t shirt and freeze to death
Yes indeed commas are very overrated and I personally think he was one of the best writers just below Tolkien with the way he crafted such vivid wordplay to help you imagine exactly what he was writing about.Sometimes I think McCarthy was onto something
McCarthy was 100% right in every single thing he did and it took a monumental organized effort of corrupt, communist connected politicians and activists to stop him.Sometimes I think McCarthy was onto something
Hopefull this starts to put a lid on terror journalism, where the news story is no longer trying to inform or persuade a reader, but is simply trying to harm the subject of the story. It would be truly beautiful for CNN (and national news in general) to die by a thousand defamation trials.
It would be kino if biden was then sent to guantanamo.
The government has always had the power to determine which foreign governments it considers hostile to ours, and to restrict the ownership of foreign entities of US assets, the importation of foreign-produced products, and the transfer of foreign money to US accounts.I'm not sure that's illegal. And if it is illegal, then we have a problem, because it means the Government now has the right to decide the merits of entertainment, assembly, and speech in a vague "appropriate to the health of our society" standard, no?
McCarthy was not correct about the level of direct Soviet infiltration. Where he went wrong was accusing a ton of people, including very powerful people, of being Soviet spies. What he was right about, though, was that the Venona Papers made it clear that the Soviets wanted to infiltrate the US. He also caught onto how many people in the US were sympathetic to the Soviets and to communism in general.McCarthy was 100% right in every single thing he did and it took a monumental organized effort of corrupt, communist connected politicians and activists to stop him.
Lemme guess…Massachusetts?Let me put it another way: I live in a gun-grabber state that pro-2A lawyers don't touch and I wish they would.
The Reagan comparisons just keep coming. The 1985 inaugural was also held indoors (in the Capitol rotunda) due to weather.
All I'm going to say is we should all be afraid if Maura Healey runs for president. Imagine a California liberal that is actually competent.Lemme guess…Massachusetts?
I have a theory for why they don’t- their goal is to target states with absurdly overbearing unconstitutional edicts (like CA) that are easier to defeat because of how pants-on-head retarded they are. In doing so, they establish precedent that can be weaponized to go after states that are a bit more cunning in their legal fuckery (like MA).
For example, think about how MA treats the AR-15/AK-47. It’s not an outright ban on the rifle platform itself, but rather the accessories (folding/sliding stocks, pistol grips, bayonet lugs, flash hiders). If you build one from a post-1994 lower receiver, they can only have one of the aforementioned accessories. However, if you have a pre-1994 lower, you can customize it however you want, owing to a grandfather clause. This is how MA is able to defend itself from accusations that they’re preventing people from owning common-use firearms. Same goes for magazines, with those holding more than 10 rounds being allowed as long as they’re pre-1994.
MA can respond to the courts that they don’t technically ban people from owning common-use items, because they permit it under certain circumstances (despite the high costs involved and the dwindling availability of said items). MA is definitely more strategic in how they structured those laws, and they know it. Groups like FPC probably see it as more sensible to take on easier cases from states that are overly greedy in their tyranny, so that they can build their arsenal of precedent to eventually take on MA laws and defeat them. No use blowing your load now if you’re not going to win.
(Most of whom were Communist spies, working with Communist spies, or had quiet affiliations with organizations that were crawling with Communist spies.)Where he went wrong was accusing a ton of people, including very powerful people, of being Soviet spies.
Martin Luther King JR was suspected of being a communist. It's hard to find the exact newspapers these days. Never forget that.
McCarthy was 100% right in every single thing he did and it took a monumental organized effort of corrupt, communist connected politicians and activists to stop him.
I thought it was the other way around. The feds live on as communist infiltrators.
"Today, as his term winds down, President Biden declares US Constitutional law will now operate on "Calvinball" Rules."So now it's ok for presidents to unilaterally amend the constitution of the United States.
Interchangable. The original feds whacked Patton, they were always sympathetic to foreigners.I thought it was the other way around.
