The Chinese should be banned from owning anything ANYWHERE out of princinple since China doesn't allow anyone to own anything inside their borders. Why should they get to enjoy rights they deny their own citizens and anyone else? Why should the Chinese oligarchs be allowed to own massive swathes of land in the USA when in China the CPC will literally refuse to sell and only "lease for 99 years"? Why should chinese investors be allowed to own majority shares in non-chinese companies when in China the companies are literally forced by law to be majority owned by the state and you as a investor is denied the chance to own them?

Simply treat them as they treat others.
