DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — A Troy man who investigators claim sexually assaulted a 3-month-old girl will remain behind bars without the chance to be released on bond.

Kesean Wilmore was denied bond by Judge Steven Curtis on January 16. He was arrested on January 10 and charged with rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, incest, and child abuse.

According to Pike County District Attorney James Tarbox, the victim in the case, a 3-month-old girl, was taken to Troy Regional Medical Center on January 10, where medical staff found she had “traumatic” injuries to her genital and rectal area.

DA Tarbox says the 3-month-old girl, who also suffered multiple broken ribs, was transported to a Florida hospital, where a pediatric surgeon performed a reconstruction procedure on the girl that lasted over 3 hours.

The District Attorney tells WDHN the girl will suffer life-long side effects and is still at risk of needing a colostomy bag.

Troy Police say during an investigation, 22-year-old Wilmore, a relative of the girl, was arrested on a probation violation and taken in for additional questioning. He was later charged with the sex crimes.

“We deal with a lot of serious cases with victims who have been injured in any number of ways. This case is probably the most upsetting and unsettling case that I’ve seen during my legal career, including a decade in criminal defense and now two years as District Attorney,” said DA Tarbox. “This case is absolutely vile and disgusting. While this case is far from over, I will sleep much better tonight knowing this Defendant is not out on our streets with the ability to victimize anyone else. Our office will work tirelessly to convict this Defendant and get justice in this matter.”

Man, see these are the cases where there's really no need for any solution other than the death penalty. There's no fixing this kind of evil, you can think of all kinds of excuses for almost any crime - maybe you stole because you're genuinely poor and your kids were without basic necessities, you had a few drinks too many and got into a fight with another drunk faggot over some dumb shit and a punch landed the wrong way and now you're fucked, she was 17.99 years old and your dick got the better of you, you had a crippling gambling addiction and you were totally going to pay your employer back before he noticed the money was missing but this is just straight evil, demon tier lunacy.

I'd say I'm shock at such an depravity, but I think I unfortunately have lived too long to be that naive.

Hang him slowly, and with wire. Let him feel it as it digs into his throat.

He was already on probation for doing something else, and instead of dropping the hammer on him that time, they let him go and now we are here with a baby that is ruined for life.

He's not going to get the death penalty.

He'll spend a long time in prison. He'll have his own television. Free food. Access to a workout area, basketball, etc. Tablet to use to listen to music and email. Other criminal gangbangers to hang out with. Get some shitty tattoos. Spend his free time writing raps or working on a "book" to tell his story. Some hoodrat ho will call him and put money on his books. He'll have access to any kind of drugs he could possibly want. Card games and gambling with his new buddies. Maybe get a job working in the kitchen where he can steal or pushing a mop where he can pass drugs to the other areas of the prison. Get in a few fights. Never have to pay rent or mortgage or car payments or insurance. Never have to look for a job or balance his checkbook. Never wonder where his next meal will come from. Maybe he'll even get a fuckboi or troon out and get moved to the women's prison.

Eventually he'll get released from prison and within a couple weeks or a month he'll reoffend to go back to a life where he has no responsibilities or real worries.

The moral of the story is this monster completely ruined this little girl's body permanently and his punishment will be living better than he ever would have been. And the bleeding hearts cry about how horrible it is that the prisons are all full. It's because they WANT to be there. Think about it.
