You'll notice that AOC stopped trying to undermine the DNC's power structure about 2019, after a meeting with Nancy, and about the time her chief of staff stepped down.... which was two weeks before her Chief of Staff was arrested for federal financial charges.
The message was clear "You are a democrat in congress, we're giving you two weeks heads up that your chief of staff is going to be federally arrested and changed for you to do preemptive damage control. If you keep up this anti-establishment bullshit, next time you don't get the two weeks notice"
