That Birthright EO probably isn't going survive SCOTUS even with a Rebublican majoriy. Liberals are right in that Birthright citizenship is more baked in than just one EO can fix.

Birthright citizenship comes from the Jus Soli. Literally the law of the soil. It’s coded into the fourteenth amendment when it stipulates that for all persons subject to US law within the borders of the United States, their children gain automatic citizenship. From an originalist and Textualist perspective, this means that the children of diplomats don’t automatically become citizens. Guatemalans who swam the Rio Grande are subject to the laws of the United States while within our borders.

Contrary to any "woke" claiming otherwise, "Gulf of America" can be more international than "Gulf of Mexico" is. "Gulf of America" could mean "America" as in the Americas.
