Could Dan be wrong here? Destiny might have initially shared the videos with Rose before the law went into place, but Destiny didn't just send the video to some other person's device and lose control of what happens to the file. Destiny shared the videos by uploading them to Discord and Google cloud servers and giving other people access. He had the opportunity to remove them at any point. Since he didn't, he in fact continuously shared these videos long after january 2023.

Will destiny be canceled? Nah. But the two most important things to him are undoubtedly hampered, at least for the immediate future.

Secret filming/recording/distributing in general is obviously super shitty and criminal thing to do but what I CANNOT wrap my head around is the sheer flagrant-ness-

· doing it to friends/gf or wife/colleagues who are platformed by him (and therefore have more visibility when shit comes out, some of these people have 100k+ followers on apps)

· sending shit via text which everyone knows can be screenshotted in seconds, with his actual handle "Destiny" with his IRL profile pic (??!!)

· doing this so casually when he has a fuck ton of haters already drooling over any chance to attack or cancel him.

Kinda seems like asking for this to happen.
I've been thinking lately (cuz of some of the Elon stuff and now this) that maybe part of the appeal is to do stuff so stupid because it's like playing with fire, seeing how much you can get away with...?

Also no offense but who tf wants to hear or see all the people someone has been with and listen to their recorded acts like I just can't imagine that being a) very exciting to anyone who isn't a basement dweller and b) CERTAINLY not something a 19-yr old OF girl would find hot.
