If we're being charitable and assuming they aren't operating as part of some glowop: the motivation of Devon Stack, Eric Striker, Nick Fuentes, etc is that they believe that all problems in this country are downstream of the Jew, and that due to the state of how things are ("Basically Fine") conditions are not where they need to be in order to trigger a revolution that will overthrow them. They "seek" (although, since they do nothing, it's better to say: they want to see) material conditions deteriorate rapidly for White Americans and basically force White America to be pushed up against the wall, and they believe that at that point, White America will rise up and enact the Racial Holy War/Day of the Rope/etc that will end Jewish rule and thereby essentially fix all of the other problems.

What Panama should do is invite a joint Sino-European army contingent to guarantee its sovereignty and neutrality. This would make it impossible for Trump to declare war on them without things getting messier. At this point in history all the countries of the world should and indeed must unite in strong opposition to US imperialism regardless of ideological or cultural differences and explicitly form a defensive military alliance to contain the US.
