  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

Wow, Russ is really flying close to the sun here. The audacity of telling a judge they didn't do their job right while also telling the judge that Russ is just a poor retarded nigger who just doesn't understand the complex rules (yet obviously knows them better than a judge who has been doing this for years).

No one likes being told they aren't doing a good job at something, but judges have the power to get really nasty about it when they are in fact actually doing their job appropriately.

Bold strategy Russ, let's see if it pays off.

I also lol'd at his suggestions for the monetary sanctions being 100-500 dollars. I hope Hardin bills him 10,000 and the judge upholds it.

But it’s more insidious than all this. He’s trying to get the judge to rule “well, he can’t prove shit about copyright, so let’s let him win on harassment”.

I'm sure that's what he thinks will happen if he can get to trial, but the reality is that even going down that path will result in immediate objections from the defense. I'm sure that the judge is going to love Russ approaching the bench to explain to how it's totally relevant because special circumstances and will immediately overrule those objections. These sidebars would be even more hilarious as I doubt that Russ could clearly remember any of the cases or rules that he cites in his filings and would be going on about Woodpecker criteria to an utterly baffled judge and opposing counsel.

Agree with the above; but more and more it’s clear that Russ thinks court is like high school principal office - where often the administration just wants the retards out of his office and does this via splitting some difference so both are unhappy in some way.

It doesn’t work in big boy court that way, especially when you have zero case. (I do think Russ doesn’t realize he has absolutely no case, and the 10th only pretended he did because they assumed all his insane claims were true and honest.)

Rusty has literally invented a new way to practice law; 'Deus Ex Machina'.
Cry about matters irrelevant and untrue for sympathy points, attempt to shame and/or correct the judge (gently), then have the judge represent your case.

It is Greer's official position that the only way to stop his own witnesses from committing perjury is to cut their mic!
I think he is trying to say that his father and brother lied to Hardin when they told him they had nothing of value to add to the case and calling them to testify about his plights would open them up to perjury. It is hard to translate logic from Russel to human but throwing them under the bus like that does seem like something he would do.

"I lied to a court of law about what somebody else said, therefore they are at risk of perjury"
Brilliant beyond words.

I don’t know if I can prove it in a court of law, but my reading is Russ was going to coach the witnesses to “tell his truth” and since he hadn’t done that yet, they accidentally told “their truth”.

Up until this filing I was willing to file most of the witness stuff to Russ being a retard but I now believe he’s actively malicious and intentionally deceitful.

So Russhole's brilliant legal tactic to get the court to reverse sanctions they placed on him because he was wasting the court and defendants time is...by wasting more of the court and defendants time.

That's probably what he thinks. But to be fair to them, they probably don't remember anything about text messages, and legitimately think they don't know anything about a copyright infringement case. Because they don't.

Russ also admitted something without realizing it. He's given a play-by-play of his reasoning behind all the retarded things he did, and a pattern emerges. He submitted the names 2 hours late because he was researching a motion, even though he had months to do it. He didn't give out information, because he didn't get what he wanted in return. He didn't read through his email to find documents or keep track of deadlines, he made Hardin do it for him. And he explicitly says he didn't contact or prep his own witnesses ahead of time.

Does this sound like someone pursuing and advancing his case? How the hell can he claim he's engaging in the lawsuit when he doesn't even call his own family to line up their testimony?

It already has paid off, numerous times. The judge has bent over so far backwards for Shitlips that he can perform his own prostate exam with his nose.
