Also note they never say "member of X nation" or "X tribe". They never actually give any meaningful connection to Native American tribes as an ethnicity, they always just say "heritage" or "descent".

The issue boils down to that the charges people use to justify his multiple life sentences like the hiring of the hitmen were dropped. Imagine if you were charged with murder and littering, the murder charge gets dropped, but you get convicted for littering, and then you get the death penalty and people justify your death penalty for littering by saying you were charged with murder.

This is an ELITE definition of biological sex and it’s incredible to see it in a presidential document.

Defining sex as chromosomal (xx or xy) doesn’t account for differences of sexual development aka “intersex” syndromes. Those syndromes are extremely extremely rare but it still gets people in a fuss that there’s even a possibility of an XXY or whatever. The fact of the matter though is that even if you have an unconventional chromosomal lineup you either make sperm or eggs. One or the other.

I’ve heard that there’s literally only one recorded case in human history of someone making both gametes.

People are already trying to argue that for the first while they all develop female, making everyone female. I don't consider it to be an especially good argument, myself.

Please note the last paragraph of this snippet taken from a Required Bid and Contract document for a city in my state. I remember that when I worked for an A/E firm, I was tasked with identifying RFB's and assembling the proposals for various state, county and city correctional institutions. At the time (back in the 90's) there was a requirement that 10 percent of the contract was to go to WBE/MBE (Women- and Minority-Business Enterprises) which our GC team traditionally fulfilled with one black-owned electrical contractor. I hope that the rescinding of this will also abolish this discriminatory practice (as appears to be the case on cursory inspection) and may the best team win.
