A dismissal of charges is a rather disappointing outcome, but I imagine our precious spudking is bouncing and squeaking happily this night while eating a block of cheese.

But that laughter will only last for so long before the reality sets in that the law may have dismissed the charges, but the farms will set things right and leave the spud to bake soon enough.

According to the article, the charges were dismissed without prejudice. So it's likely not over yet, despite this judge being a fucking retarded twat of a cunt.

I haven't seen anything that said specifically what was wrong with the discovery that she thought the case should be dismissed, so I'm just going to assume that she is a fellow traveler. But Portland threw out their faggot DA and elected a hard ass, so I can see the charges being refiled since it's so obvious they have antifa's pooper soldier dead to rights.

A lot of these tards still wear the mask since they are afraid of the sniffly-wifflies. Although some feel it still makes a decent disguise even though we can all tell who it is. But all in all, most of them still fear the coof even though it's now been reduced to something manageable.
